Grumpy old men
Got out at 7:00am, but was met with people that seemed like they owned the course. Didn't want anyone to go ahead of them, even though they were not ready to play. Strange experience.

Live Oak leaves can make it difficult to see your ball if the sun is in your face. So, go past where you think the ball is, and look back with the sun behind you.

Greens so so, a bit scuffed up. Played a little like carpet, minimal breaks but fast.
Tees in great shape
Course winds around a bit can get a little confusing in spots between holes.

Fun times but needs some work
Oaks course needs some attention. While it gets a lot of play, maintenance needs especially on fairways is getting a bit tired and sparse. Good value for money and would recommend to play to get the season started.
