This course has some testing holes and hills.
Course was in good condition, despite the drought conditions we have had. Greens were very good and middle paced. Not many on the course, so myself and my grandson had a clear passage. There are a few steep hills. So I would recommend a buggie.
A sad situation
Played the course and was looking forward to it, but he course was not in good condition. The greens were scarified and 3 were unplayable even though I was told only one would be before I went out. I can not believe that I would not have received notification as to course condition before I booked it. Discount is not a reason to book for me. I want to know before I go out the condition of the course if it is not normal. Such bad feeling about the club,

Really enjoyed this course especially the first thirteen holes, challenging in places, greens in lovely condition

Fantastic par 3 third. Has to be seen. Very well kept course. One of the best i have played. Very enjoyable.
Well drained course
Enjoyable course, with plenty of variety. well kept and good greens given the amount of rain recently. Not a long course but requires accuracy, given hazards and placeing of bunkers. Scenic course built in the grounds of an old estate
Hidden Course
Mannan Castle is one of those courses that you pass every day on the road and never knew existed. It is a tough course with some very challenging holes true dog legs were placing your drive is a must.
The courses condition is very good, with nice views to settle your head when those putts just roll past the hole.
I have come back to this course a number of times and each time I have been tested by the course.
