Corte Bella Golf Club

Really looking forward to playing this course today but unfortunately it’s in sad shapy and the greens were terrible. Glad I played cause we were looking to move to a club but here u only have the one course to play. Sorry I couldn’t be more positive but I play a lot of courses and not going here again till I see some good reviews.

Starter was really nice and helpful. Let us out early and even waiting we were done in 3 hours. Greens seemed to be changing over grass and were a little bumpy but held shots well. Overall layout is nice. Plenty of room to be off line a little. Some interesting par 3s. Will definitely be back.

As I stated the sand traps need to be addressed, very rocky and very little sand. Play this course at lease 4-5 times per year, this was the worse condition. I am sure it had a lot to do with extreme heat. I selected no due to the fact that can find much better conditions at other courses for a lessor price. Normally 35 is great price for the course but not in this condition.

Everyone was very friendly. Course was in good shape for summer. Wasn’t any on course drink cart the day I played but I was told ahead of time and got my drinks before the round.

Hot, hot, but water and ice was available on front and back sides. Tees, greens and most fairways were in very good condition. Only a couple fairways on back side were sparse for grass in limited areas.

Good course overall

Greens in great shape just too many bare or rough patches in the middle of the fairway. For the cost i I should not be playing from that bad of a lie in the middle of the fairway.

Jack the starter was great.

Greens where in great shape with good roll & speed. Sand Traps had sand so thats always a positive as most courses have hard pan. Fairways are in ok shape with the time of year we are in. Tee boxes are in good shape. I'll play here again, sounds like airification will take place on the greens around July 11th.

Tough course with lots of challenging holes and more bunkers than grass it seems. Lots of desert intrusion from time to time which makes one think about the shot and the risk reward it brings. Very difficult greens, my weakest area of play. I do think that if I played the course a half dozen times I could shoot a mid 80's round but I am not sure I would pay the usual higher fees in order to do that. I really liked the fact that they had ice and water machines at each toilet facility on the course, I wish other higher end courses did that as well, very nice.

The layout was typical for a desert course. The grass was a little thin in the fairways. The staff was very friendly.

Course was in great shape, especially for the hot summer. Amenities were outstanding. Greens and fairways are in great condition. Will definitely be back.

Normally I would recommend this course. I would not suggest it be played when temps exceed 90 because it was dried out. 80% of fairways were brown and crunchy with obvious thatch marks. Bunkers very hard too.

Booked ahead and paid $40 each which is way too high for what you get.

Greens are OK, but, fairways are terrible burnt out, hard and basically no grass.

I love the greens at Corte Bella! Smooth and roll true!

Fun course- cool layout with easier par 4s that you can score on. Greens are tricky but very nice and true- firm, not too fast but not slow at all. Definitely a course that should be talked about more, one of my favorites on the west side.
