Hidden gem, winter tee set up playing a bit short, some fairways had a lot of sand on them but wasn't a problem, the greens were excellent, great course and a bargain at €20, must be very nice in the summer

Greens were pure and fast credit to the staff , course in great condition

Nice course well maintanined.. alot of blind dips for long drivers.. was a nice day out even though my drives on most of the time was too long and was in trouble..

Played on the June Bank Holiday Monday at 4:50pm. I played as a single. While there were other groups on the course I was able to tee off at exactly my tee-time; so very well run facility.

The fairways are in great shape. Greens pretty good too. One or two that are sheltered by trees seem to be a bit patchy, but nothing serious; but I dropped one start for that.

Some very challenging holes, (10 & 12 with a long par 3 in the middle at 11), but on other holes the fairways are generous and the first cut of rough is forgiving; but the rough is rough and if you are in there, you deserve the challenge.

Practice facilities are great; driving range, chipping area and practice green. Everything needed to warm up.

This is my third time playing here and will definitely be back.

I found the course to be average at best, with absurd rough areas that made the course play extremely difficult. A ball just a yard or two off the fairway was lost. Rough is 2 feet tall and thick, no way of finding any balls in that jungle.

I also didnt care for the layout of some of the holes. The 10th sticks out as a least favorite hole. A downhill sharp dogleg left, it is a blind tee shot that then must contend with a road passing through the middle of the hole. A golfer who attempts to cut the corner runs the risk of hitting a car, which is completely blind on the tee. Terrible design.

Arrived at the course to an warm welcome from the Pro Stephen. He was very helpful & as I was on my own, paired me with a 3 ball. He also gave me use off his electric trolley for free which was very kind of him. The Course was in great condition and had handled the heavy rain the previous days well. Played of the white tees which made it a nice challenge for a low teen handicapper. True greens & some lovely feature holes. I will definitely be back!

Beautifully landscaped park land course. Pristine fairways winding through mature woodland steeped in history. Well worth a visit for rewarding golf, friendly staff and wonderful restaurant.

Great course and very reasonably priced. A great test of golf. A must play for any golfer.

Very nice golf course. We booked a tee time for 10.10am and arrived early. The pro in the shop allowed 3 groups of 4 to tee off right in front of our two ball. They were not on the time sheet and we could not tee off until 10.30 and the pace of play was terrible. We played early to be back in the office at 3 for a meeting and because of the pace of play we only managed 13 holes in 3 hours. Lovely golf course in great condition but very disappointing to be treated that way.

Top class course. Good variety to holes. Great challenge for golfers of all skill levels.
