Great course
Lady in the pro shop was sound. Course condition was exceptionally maintained. Credit to the grounds staff for that. Who we met on the first tee and for a small fee offered to put the tee markers 10 yards forward. 🏌️♂️😂. Bunkers which I landed in a few sand was ideal. And loose. Not compact like some courses. Can’t wait to get back there.
A beautiful level course
Only my 2nd time to play here, I really like this course. Although only 12 holes open for the winter months, €20 was still great value. Perhaps maybe wait until the summer months to play and enjoy the full 18 holes as it is a beautifully well maintained course with the greens in immaculate condition even after the cold harsh winter. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Very good condition
Course was in very good condition. Credit to the green keepers. Friendly staff in the golf shop. For the time of year, the course was well kept.
Course in excellent condition
Credit to the ground staff. The course was immaculate. A pleasure to play there. So well laid out , greens and fairways were pristine.
Amazing Value and Excellent Condition
What a bargain this green fee was, course is in lovely condition. Greens are nice. Real challenge. So many trees that sometimes your unfairly punished even with a nice tee shot. Pro shop was closed at 3.50pm which was unusual but overall great value and highly recommend.
Portarlington GC - a lovely track well worth a visit !
Played this course for first time as part of a 4Ball visiting from Tipperary Golf Club. A real gem, tight driving lines on some holes, excellent greens even after a light verticut treatment. Lovely clubhouse with good food in bar and restaurant, friendly caterer. Will we come back again, and recommend this course to friends ? ABSOLUTELY.

Great Course
Played Portarlington a few times now and the course has always been immaculate. Great credit to the greenskeeper and staff.
