Two well maintain course---good value
Some holes are very chalenging---i will play there again--
The East is very playable and it looks like someone is putting nice money into the South
East in good shape for the price. Both courses have lot's of character
course needs work
The course needs alot of work. If the work was put in to , it would have a chance to be a very good course to play.
This course needs immediate TLC
I've played this course several times before and it was in good condition then, now it is in poor condition from the Tee boxes to the putting greens.
Good value was probably nice in its day
Played in the summer with a lot of rain so course was a little rough
This course has great features
Grenelefe has very challenging courses. Scenery is very beautiful. There are a lot of wild life on the courses. It also provides me with good exercise while I enjoy my golfing.
Has some great features
The south course has better features (water, sand, etc.) than the east course. If you have control of your game, it is fun. The downside is the greens need attention with bare spots on 6 of the 18. Around the greens there is some hard ground, but for $20, well worth the price.
greens in pretty good shape. tee boxes and fairways need work.
good course for the money.course needs a lot of TLC.
Beautiful golfcourse with live alligators!
This beautiful golfcourse has challenging lakes in between with turtles and gators in them, very nice to see!
Great track, very interesting holes
Played midweek, only saw a couple of other 2 balls out. Great value for money. Not as manicured as some other courses but the layout more than makes up for that.
It's a fun course
For $7.50 you can’t bet it. The East course is closed and the South course is in good to fair condition.
The greens have a few weeds but still play well, the bunkers were ok and the fairways were dry and cut.
The only issues with the property are the bathrooms on the course. They are disgusting, filthy and bug invested.
If they aren’t going to maintain them, then close them and tell the players especially the ladies at check in that they are closed
just plain bad
the course was over grown and looked bad. They have 2 bad course, so I think they should close one and maybe put together 1 good course.
somewhat wet, but fairways and greens were in great condition.
course very challenging i would recommend it to any golfer that is at least a 17 ore below handcapt
Terrible condition stay away from the East course.
I can understand that some courses don't put 100% into conditions in the summer due to amount of play ($), but this course is disgraceful.
The greens are full of crabgrass it is a waste of time putting on them.
Green fee was cheap but not worth it!
Just not the same
I worked at this place in the early 90's. I can't believe what has happened, This resort was always busy and had plenty of members, along with one of the top courses in the state at one time. My, My, My how thinks have changed! I played the the south course the fairway were in good shape but the greens need attention, however they rolled quite well and the roughs well that's all i can say. The two courses can be great again if someone puts sometime & money into them. You can still play and have a good time, but their are no surprises just plain golf.
East Course - tight tree lined course.
2PM tee time. Greens are patchy & rough. Fairways fair. Losing tee boxes. Roughs are rough. Once a part of a well maintained trio of courses but those days are gone & down to duo of courses. But the hot deal price was worth coming out to play. Still had a good time. Carts w/ windshields & rain cover in back.
Excellent layout
Very friendly staff and good value for money. We all enjoyed playing the course.
Greens, fairways, tee boxes need water
The staff was great. Some fairways and greens in good condition, other need alot of work. Worth playing for $9 a round from GolfNow.
Great value
Good value, but course needs some attention. A few of the greens are greatly stressed and will probably be gone by summer.
