Henllys Golf Club

The first impressions I had when pulling into the driveway was it looked like an American style country club.

The landscaping and scenery were very eye catching.

The course rolls through forestry and around the impressive Henllys Hall whilst visible coastline makes each hole an enjoyable experience.

The course isn’t too long but still a good challenge.

I’d definitely recommend playing here.

Normally a great course to play in a beautiful location. Disappointed to find the greens in awful condition due to very poor airation done at the hight of summer. Seems like they're preparing for winter too early.

Me and the brother in law played the course this morning, the course played really well, fantastic layout. Couple of hills which we personally enjoyed in terms of the challenge .Couple of winter tee's and greens but not to the detriment of the round. The pro in the club shot was excellent, knowledgeable and helpful above and beyond call of duty. Overall lovely course with fantastic scenery and we look forward to playing it in the summertime at some point.

The course was in great condition and the man in the shop helpful. Didn't have time to take advantaged of the amenities but they looked busy which I take as a good sign

Played this golf course around twenty years ago, and it’s improved so much. Quite short, but some tricky holes, the greens were firm and true, some of the trees are magnificent! it is beautiful. Played the hot deal twice with my son for twenty two pounds, its is cracking. Going back today!

Really enjoyed my round was on my own, course wasn’t busy the people I met were really friendly and let me through, but bear in mind it was quite hilly and I wasn’t used to that , have a trolley or even a golf buggy overall a good experience on a nice course

Very well laid out. A challenge on every hole.

Facities excellent. Staff very welcoming.

This is a nice little course with some elegant views of Snowdonia. The course was on temp greens when I was there but it was enjoyable nevertheless. The course is hilly in parts but this adds to the mystique of the course. If lovely to play this in the summer but imagine it being quite busy. Quite expensive at £15 while on temps but as a visitor to the area, I wasn't aware of this before I arrived. All in all a nice enough experience.
