Fun course
Course was fun, played from the tips at 7,000 yards and wasn’t too difficult, good shape and greens were great
Free Coffee
Amazing course layout with tons of elevation and scenery. Great conditions and a very friendly staff. The bar had free coffee which I was totally stoked about. Would play again!
Crosswinds
The course always plays to its name. Very windy day today and raw but her it’s New England and we should expect days like today this time of year. Pace of play was absolutely horrendous, no ranger in site till at least the 14th hole.
We waited for every shot on a foursome with three carts and we were also a foursome but with two carts. I’d like to think this doesn’t happen all the time but today’s round took close to 5 hours and it should not have. When you tee off around 8am you would expect a 4-4 1/2 hour round.
Very disappointed in the pace of play. .

We had 3 players and the course and staff are the best around after winter great way to start spring.

Love crosswinds, great layout and course is in solid condition for March!
Crosswinds Review
Course was in OK shape for Mid March. Since we only had a twosome, pace of play was slow. Was disappointed in the Cart Path only rules as this course has wide fairways and being of older age was wiped out after the round. Have played this course many times and it is one of the best in the area.

Nice course, very difficult to play...not for a novice.....
If possible it would be nice with less leaves between trees!
GREAT course and value
I love this course. Every time I play it, I like it more. Great value for your money, challenging but not impossible, lots of interesting holes, and the staff are all fantastic. While both Pine Hills courses are probably better courses overall, you get more bang for your buck here, and it's better priced than Waverly with just as good of a golf experience. I will always make the trip down from Boston to play Crosswinds unless new mgmt comes in and shakes things up for the worse!
Be Prepaired
Beware, this is a large, long and wide golf course and was very dry, had Cart Path Only, No exceptions, I ‘m handicapped, but that doesn’t matter, Cart path only !It was roped off very well. This was paid through GolfNow “Hot Deal”, so choosing to not play was not an option, you can’t get your money back. Plus the elderly woman at the Pro Shop should retire.
