While the course is challenging the condition of the course I would poor.

The rough needed to be mowed

The greens where in very poor shape - diseased and some where not mowed

Terrible conditions ….. very dry ….. fairways rock hard ……greens iterated 2weeks ago ….. no real rain …… greens horrible and sanded …… staff not candid about the situation .,…not worth the $20 to play round

Got there first two time of the day. The man in the clubhouse was fantastic the guys outside had my car pulled around ready for me to go the courses and beautiful condition greens are punched but still very puttable. Thanks preserves.

We love playing this course! We had the entire place to ourself most of the day. Now that season has come to an end, this is one of our favorite courses to play for the price they offer in the off-season. Greens were recently airated and the fairways have been punched, but that is pretty normal for this time of year.

Extremely Friendly Staff and Great Value, Greens had just been aerated a week prior so they were a bit bouncy but will be great in 10 days or so. Extremely challenging course with water on every hole

Good course, had a good round. Will definitely play again.

Love the layout love the pace of play the greens are wonderful we'll play again for sure.

Big greens and Your approach game better be on par.. Fairways look narrow but I a lot wander than they look for the T-Box

I was hoping for better given the recent purchase and planned improvements. While the course is playable, it’s obvious more needs to be done. The greens are rough with bare spots and damage, the fairways are thin and the tee boxes are like a child’s sand box. The course design is excellent. Too bad conditions diminish the experience.
