Shell Point Golf Club

Very good challenge from black tee which is only 6500 yards but very solid test. Tight course.

This is one of my favorite courses in SW Florida. I was a little disappointed with a 9 hole replay rate of $45 however. That's about what I pay for an 18 hole replay elsewhere. I'll be limiting the amount I play there from now on concidering I like to play 36 holes most days but I still highly recommend this course.

Great course to play. The course was in very good condition. There are many problem areas that you cannot see until you arrive at them, like creeks going acrossed entire fairway that you cannot see from the tee box and the fact that the fairways roll away toward the woods on extreme left and right..it pays to stay in the middle. We played with a member and we warned us of everything...great help. This course was definitely enjoyable and worth playing

Nice course. Greens excellent, fairways thin in many spots. Quirks: course used double start 1@10 which is fine but tells you to slow down to make turn work-apparently can’t do the math and/or monitor each 9 to keep groups in place- we did front in 1:45 and had to wait 45 minutes for #10 to clear-I can see a short wait but this is ridiculous. Nice range but small bucket $10+!! also ridiculous. Food at turn ( prepared sandwiches) ok but also pricey -$10+.

Great course to play for my level of golf. The course conditions were generally good but the fairways were very dry and surfaces hard on most holes.

I would definitely return and play again.

I’m a 7 index and this course feels more like an executive course. Driver in bag most of the time and lots of water criss-crossing fairways. Lots of high handicappers playing here who struggle wit water everywhere leading to very slow play. Nice looking and good greens but can’t recommend.

The greens are in excellent condition and very fast. Bring your putting A game.

Good course but slow play with no Marshall’s keeping things moving Would recommend and play again but Hope pace will be better

Course was recovering from heavy rains several days previously. Fairways were spotty but overall course layout is very interesting and challenging with lots of water all around. A fun day but a bit slow.

Enjoyable round on a nice course but windy conditions on the back 9 (1st - 9th holes) made it very challenging.

Unique setup due to retirement environment. Appears course revenue is not terribly significant to the overall club. Nice place

Nice layout with some tricking holes, greens in very nice shape, fairways in very poor shape and staff was extremely rude, Bag attendants were jerks and rest of staff seemed somewhat arrogant. No bar on site as well. We voted as a group and we will not return.

Restaurant ( Cafe) closed at 2pm ?? not acceptable

Nice golf course,perfect green a lot of water in play. Except for one tee shot very difficult is a golf course playable for everyone!!!

I have played this course before and it is a very nice course. And the price is pretty good too. I’ll definitely play it again.

This course is a treat because it offers tee positions for golfers of all levels. The greens are in great condition & are rolling a medium speed and true to what you see.

Their driving range, chipping area & a putting green are great for a pre round warmup.
