After a weekend of intermittent rain it was nice to have the clouds clear and sun breaking thru by our 1152 am T-Time.. the course had drained well during the morning. There where some wet spots where you would not take a golf cart. The course was relatively well maintained , The working staff are super friendly and helpful. we had a great time and had a good eperiance,.
It was very rainy and windy but the course was in good shape.
The Proshop employee on duty, Ike, was fantastic. He went out of his way to be helpful.
Just OKAY
The greens were great .. everything things else wasn’t … the fairways and fringes off the putting greens were overwatered covered with dollar weeds .. the sand traps were okay .. anything over $30 .. not worth the money … best bang for the buck is Sandridge Golf Course in Vero Beach and Duran Golf Course in Viera.
River/dolphin
After 20 plus years we played CBCC. Had a great time in tough wind conditions. The course was in decent shape, greens were very consistent. A good test for the price.
Fun & beautiful course
Would give a 4.5 to this beautiful course with an abundance of wildlife. The only complaint was the pace of play. There were two groups of six playing on the course. Need a Marshall. But the course was in very good condition with great greens.
Better condition than I remembered.
Pace of play excellent, perhaps due to somewhat off season. Very scorable conditions.

Actually a very well maintained course!
The course just reopened after a week of rain. We played 9 holes cart path only.
We’re in Cocoa Beach every September. We always play here as it’s a great day of golf on a good course.

Review
The Gentleman in the Pro Shop is exactly what every Course Needs. Friendly attitude, humorous , polite ,while being very efficient. The Course was in good shape. Being a bogey golfer the white tees were perfect for my game. The greens were in good shape not too easy and not too hard. I liked the layout of the course although flat they were interesting and the sand traps were in good shape. Over all it was a lot of fun to play and the rates were incredible for the value
Played 4 Times Already
Course on the Coast/River and had nice wind difficulty and benign temps! Tee areas, fairways and greens in fairly good condition with some areas needing care but VG nevertheless. Bermuda rough is always tough, greens slower than other grasses and usually slower to putt on that is expected. Some holes are right hand side only tough for my Draw and a couple of short forced carries. Overall fun.
