Great course beautiful day
Golf here often, 3 very nice courses with great views of the river and surrounding nature. Can't remember anytime this course has been anything less than very well manicured. Smooth greens and nice wide fairways with very little patchiness or burnt areas.
Nature Walk
Just a beautiful setting for a golf course. Especially like the River course since most holes are along the water.

Course is in good shape, good vibes and awesome views.
Great Muni Golf
You can’t beat this course for a muni. It’s three 9 hole layout can keep the variety going for several rounds so it doesn’t get old. We regularly play this during the summer as opposed to inland because of its locality. On most days, it gets a nice breeze off the water to help cool down your round. Could the conditions be better….yes. Greens were in amazing shape just extremely slow. That’s what you get with a Florida muni.
Wow! Not in a good way
I have played this course for over 10 years and have never seen it in this bad of condition. Usually you can't get in the parking lot and this day we pulled in and were surprised when we saw very few cars in the lot. Upon hitting our tee shots, we realized why no one was there. The Tee boxes are rock hard and the fairways have been taken over by crab grass. The greens are great, but extremely slow. I'm not sure what happened to this course, but if I lived in Cocoa Beach and my tax dollars were going here I would not be happy with the conditions. Maybe the city is going to bulldoze it and build another parking garage? I'm not really sure of what is going on here except I won't be coming back and don't recommend anyone that actually plays golf to come here.

played in near perfect low wind conditions, greens for the most part are immaculate and roll true. fairways are very green with consistent grass, tougher course esp with water in play on many holes and par 3s especially
