Fun day at Oak Trail. Photo submitted by KingGeo3 on 12/28/2012
Nice for practice
This a nice simple 9 hole walking course with a few challenging (former PGA) holes thrown in for a little excitement. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The conditions of the tee boxes, fairways and greens were all in great shape. Several holes were straight and simple, but the greens and pin placements on were some of the more difficult I’ve played. If you’re looking for a nice practice round, they also have a locker room with showers. Not sure of the cost. I’d highly recommend.
For Disney: would be cool to see more Topiaries around the course.
Great course for all skill levels!
A Course for Everyone:
This 9-hole walking course is a real crowd-pleaser. Whether you're taking your first swing or you have a golf bag that's seen some action, it's got something for you.
Rent 'n' Roll:
Check this out – they've got club and pushcart rentals right there on the spot. No need to lug your gear around; it's grab-and-go. Plus, if you're up for some extra fun, they've got a footgolf course, so you can rent everything you need for a great time!
On Point Maintenance:
Let's talk course upkeep. It's top-notch. Fairways are clean and cut well. The greens might not be massive, but they play fair. No tricky surprises here.
Surprise Wildlife:
During my walk on the course, I spotted squirrels, bunnies, and a family of Deer trying to eat my golf ball! You've also gotta watch out, 'cause you might spot a sneaky alligator or two nearby.
Perfect for New Golfers:
First-timers, listen up. This course is a perfect place for you to learn. Not too many obstacles to stress about, and a perfect place to practice the short game.
To sum it up, Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course is like a hidden golfing treasure. Whether you're taking your first swing, just want a chill round, or you're into nature vibes, this place has you covered. Get out there and swing those clubs! 🏌️♂️⛳

Very fun course
Flat & fun to walk as beginners or intermediate you can have a good time playing here. Staff is VERY friendly makes you feel like your at your home course. Will be back
Great course at a great value
Oak Trail is looking and playing really well this time of year. The greens are very challenging for any skill level which will keep you coming back time and time again. This is a walking only course, but the pace of play is still quick. Our round was completed in just over 2 hours.
Not my best round, but best shot ever
I’m a beginning golfer, less than a year. My wife and I have played Oak Trail maybe a dozen times. I love the way it goes from 4 sort of warm-up holes to a long par 5 with two angles. I was able to carry the water on the par 5 7th, which I believe was my first time doing that and hitting the fairway. But my best shot ever came on the par 3 9th. Off the tee I ended up about 15 yards short and left of the green, but the pin was only 20 yards in. I made about a 3/4 swing with my sand wedge, and it plopped onto the green and rolled right into the hole. The course is always fun, and that was a great way to cap the day!
Nice course but definitely not easy
9 hole walking course that can be quite challenging. Holes 5,6 and 7 play long or tight with some water in play. Truly a good test of your game. Course in very good shape . Couple of small greens with turtle back shapes.
Great course layout!
Challenging course layout! Very well maintained. A little fry in some areas but understandable with the dry season in Florida.
Challenging Course
What was literally supposed to be a walk in the park turned violent. I've played the course before (long ago) but glanced at the total distance and thought it was an executive course. It's a Par 35. A couple of the 4s are short but the 5s are monsters. I actually put together a couple solid shots and still ended up with a 7 (2 putts) on the first par 5.
Bring your A game and you have to score on the gimmies to have a chance.
Bravo Mickey!
