Several other reviewers have mentioned how slow the greens are. They are VERY SLOW—like putting on Velcro. Some of the greens have significant areas of bate dirt. For an executive par three course that’s so close to my beach condo, I did enjoy the convenience and the friendly staff.

Ocean’s was a nice course to enjoy a local round of Golf with very little effort.

Course is in good condition and is challenging enough for good golfers and beginners as well.

Firstly, my rating is based on sure transparency; with context, I went around twice, and considered a third round. As John Daly would say, the game of golf is 150yds and in(paraphrased). This is a great opportunity to to sharpen and test that theory.

Playing with Dennis and Martin was the highlight of the day. One recommendation, learn your distances and knock it close, as some of the greens could use a little love. Regardless m, I wouldn't and didn't let that stop me from going back. As for matters of fact, for the value, I'm planning on going back very soon

The staff was pleasant and helpful as always. They even offered complimentary sweets; which added to the experience. Ultimately, I like the course; just make sure you have the right ball selected as playing conditions vary based on ball selection and direction of the wind.

I have been playing this course for many years when travellings to DB. The greens used to be the best around. The last two years, they have been poor.. Tee boxes were in good shape. Had to ask a ground keeper to speak to a group of five two groups ahead to people through. He said it wasn't his job, but he did go speak to them.

A little crowded on a Saturday at 1pm. but to be expected. Greens need a little TLC. Course if fun, all par 3's. I was questioned on my purchase from GolfNow even though I had a confirmation number. He said they needed to see the whole receipt. They should have access to your system.

Small par 3 course with narrow playing area and small, average condition greens. Some of the par 3 holes were really short within 40 yards. First time playing, no need to play again.

Cute little course was super handy for us to play. Greens are S L O W .

They were top dressed in some sort of green stuff that appeared to have rabbit poo pellets mixed in. The fairways were very good. The weeds, just about zero weeds. Beautiful setting nestles in condos.

I think it's a popular course we played on a very windy and chilly day. We ziped right on through. Yardages from the blues ranged from 41 years to about 120 yards.
