Good course to Hon short game.
Enjoy playing this course with my partner as she played it with her father 30 some years ago. Nice course to walk & use nothing but irons. Putting is tricky as the putting surface is lacking good grass.
Great little course
Good value, nice little course that is a lot of fun to play. Friendly starter, no one else on the course that I saw. Finished in a little over an hour.
We will be back!
Linda in the office is the sweetest and so helpful! It was our first time playing here. We have played almost every course in this area! We did use Golf Now and Linda was kind and did need to see our receipt which was fine and she got us right on the course! After finishing we went back inside to buy some golf tees and she told us we could play the course again for an additional $6!! We did do that this time but will
The next time we play! It goes pretty fast we played all 13 holes in about an hour and forty five minutes!
sweet
I got my 1st hole in one on 12. We went to practice short game' course was in great shape and was fun to play
Nice course. Stiff staff.
Staff doesn’t seem too fond of people paying/ playing through GolfNow. I’ve played much nicer and more reputable courses in the area without being asked to show verification through GolfNow. Seems like a lack of technology on their end which is forgivable but for the staff to be rude about it (two different experiences, two different staff members) seems like they should just stop doing business with GolfNow.
We love this course! Definitely a hidden gem. Ready for the course to have all the holes ready to play. 2 and 10, they have been working on the greens, so super excited for these to be back!
Outstanding Value
The cost, speed of play, no water hazards and general condition of the course provided an enjoyable experience!
Great to practice Par 3s
Described as a 13 hole course but it appears that they’ve had only 11 holes for a while based on the blocked signs for holes 2 and 10.
They rent push/pull carts ($3) which it’s great, but since we ended up using only 5 clubs each, odd that they don’t allow to share 1 golf bag/1 cart per couple, not for the price but for the need to carry/push own bag for a small number of clubs needed and the number of active holes.
Great Value, Fast Play, Slow Greens
Very convenient course. Not a lot of hazards, only water on a couple holes. All you need is your wedges, a putter, and maybe your 9 iron. Very nice, well maintained course to sharpen your short game. The only knock I could give it is that the greens play slow, which could be an advantage to some, but for someone like myself who typically plays on quicker greens, I was 3-putting more than usual.
Fun Wedge-and-Putt Course
Quirky 13-hole layout; all par-3s 130 yards or less (most are in the 60 -- 95 yard range).
Nice course to practice your wedge play.
Holes #2 and #10 were closed due to greens being rebuilt. Tee boxes on #8 were also closed. Pace of play was great except the 2nd round when several locals came out of the adjacent condo complexes and cut in front. Other than that, very enjoyable golf. Greens and tee boxes that were open were in good condition.
VERY SLOW GREENS
Several other reviewers have mentioned how slow the greens are. They are VERY SLOW—like putting on Velcro. Some of the greens have significant areas of bate dirt. For an executive par three course that’s so close to my beach condo, I did enjoy the convenience and the friendly staff.
Nice course
Ocean’s was a nice course to enjoy a local round of Golf with very little effort.
Nice par 3’s
Course is in good condition and is challenging enough for good golfers and beginners as well.
