The 18-hole Oaks Course at Stonegate Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is a semi-private golf course that opened in 2000. Nestled amidst 3300 acres of pristine wetlands and woodlands, Stonegate Golf Club at Solivita prides itself on its 100-year-old oak hammocks, lush greenery and peaceful waterways and streams. It is finely conditioned golf course with a Disney-type Main Street. This Ron Garl-designed golf facility boasts an 18-hole par-72 championship course encompassing over 7,000 yards with multiple tees for players of varied levels.

Visit
First visit to the course and despite all the heavy recent rain, found it to be in excellent condition and dry underfoot. My son and I played and were joined by a very pleasant local member who informatively helped guide us round the course. We are from Scotland and have been coming to Florida 2/3 times a year for approx 10 years now, so we have played many courses in the State. Great VFM and will definitely return.
Good course.
Main problem, it is open to the public, so there should be some one moving residence along. Quite understanding that it is a community course, but 5.5 to 6 hours is too long for a round of golf.

Pro shop personnel, a friendly young lady, apologize for not remembering her name, was exceptional.
Course was ok, greens had a couple of bad spot, but all in all, better than some more expensive courses that I have played.

Not as good as the cypress
Was really looking forward to playing this course after playing on the cypress course but was a bit disappointed a bit scruffy and slow greens if anybody playing here play the cypress course

Play at Oaks Golf Course
The course played very well and is layed out very nicely. I really enjoyed playing the Oaks Course.
Fun golf with fun people
The Oaks course at Stonegate is a good course with just enough challenge to make it interesting. It is in pretty good shape and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We were paired up with a couple of residents and had a fun day of golf.

Good condition
Played “Oak”. The course is in good shape for this time of year. Nice layout. Not too difficult. Great practice area.

Very enjoyable course!
What a fun course to play. Friendly course layout & very enjoyable to play. Pace of play was slow due to the 2 groups ahead of us. Greens were not up to the rest of the course.
WE loved it
We played the Oaks course for the first time late in the day and everyone loved the course. It was beautifully maintained, scenic, and fun.
Good round as usual
We always enjoy our round on the Oaks course at Stonegate. Mostly good conditions.
Always a favorite course of mine...In excellent shape for this time of year...and the best of the two courses at Stonegate....greens were consistent and true and fairways were plush fot February....and a pretty, pretty venue
Nice course
Wife and I played and really like the course. Will play again. Only problem was heavy rain the day before requiring cart path only which wore us out. We are 75 years plus!
After Golf
We usually stop and have a few drinks with dinner, but the club house was full with 1/2 waiting, we went to another drinking and eating place.
Very slow, even with a marshall
Not a fun time, Group of ladies hit into us 3 times, after staring at them , they came up and said hey this gal is hitting like a gorilla today if it's any consolation she missed that eagle putt-- wow great members !
Oaks at Stonegate
Was a good golf experience, nice lay out greens were fast and true,
Good driving range hitting balls into the lake,
Excellent club house facilities, we stayed and had a meal.
Great Local Course
I went in the Florida Off Season. They had over seeded the Greens. Greens were nice but a little slow.
I saw a gator and some other wildlife but this course is in a community and had plenty of people around.
Fairways and paths were in great shape. The residents were nice and friendly staff. Course had some trees on it that made it tough. I played white tees about 6000 yards. There were blue and gold behind me at 6500 and 7000.
I went after 1pm and the rates dropped. it was fairly slow for a Monday.
I can't wait to get back down there.
