Nice layout, great staff. Previously private course, now open to public. Well worth playing.

I played this course last March 2023 and it was in excellent condition. Today it looked like a different course. Some fairways were dried out, some greens looked like they were painted. It’s a nice course layout and I will be back next March to see if it’s better. The guys who were playing in some sort of skins game were friendly and let me through their groups. Pro shop guy was very nice.

Greens and bunkers were well groomed. The tee boxes and fairways had many, many bare spots. Sometimes had to hit off of pure dirt in fairways.

Tee boxes and fairways are horrible. Greens were ok just long and very slow. This place was probably a great place in about 1980.

All tee's were awful. The first fairway was 60%dirt 40% green, not grass. Greens were ok but extremely slow. I have played here for 20 years but may be my last

Fairways were in horrible condition. All disked up no grass mostly dirt. You were better off hitting off them, you would have a better lie. Got better within 50ft of greens and greens were in excellent condition. Fairways have been like this for at least last 6months if not more. Won't be playing there again no time again this yr.

Greens are very good, otherwise very poor.

Got yelled at by pro shop staff after he directed us to start on the back 9.

Bring a patch of synthetic grass for mostly every shot. The only thing in good conditions are the greens

UNDERSTAND...you can NOT "play golf" in the current conditions. one can however, "practice" and if you get a hot deal for under $20 ..it is only a bit more than a couple of large buckets at most driving ranges, and might be less ! it is a real shame just how poorly maintained this Ross design is... played back in Oct and thought "OUCH" ! but Now...Yikes !!! lost a ball in the fairway ! ...I did know this going in however, well not so bad, but knew it was likely very poor..but approached it as practice AND though I thought, from other reviews " O K can do some putting" do Not think that ! the claims that the "greens are pretty good" to me is a result of a "relative" statement...and yes, relative to the rest of it, o k..but do not think that means good .... evidently a new general mgr for 3 weeks, I was told 3rd in the last 6 mos! the owner seems minimally concerned.... too bad ...but, we all know how important practice is !!!

We had been by this course a thousand times and never played until we found a great deal on golf now. We enjoyed our round and the course very much despite the condition of the fairways. We are told they are under new management which is good because with some TLC this course would be a real gem. We especially enjoyed our after round refreshments. Great price for a draft and Amanda was the sweetest, kindest and most wonderful bartender!
