About
Lake Worth Beach Golf Club borders the Intracoastal Waterway for just over a mile. There is no shortage of scenic courses in south Florida but this one still manages to stand out. Many of the holes run parallel to the Intracoastal, offering beautiful views and a cooling breeze. The golf course has a classic Florida layout. At just over 6,100 yards, it is not a long course but it still manages to feel like one. There is strategic bunkering along the greensides and water hazards come into play on a few holes. With generous fairways and no forced carries, it is accommodating enough for a range of skill levels but it still offers a fair challenge. The golf course offers a quick and challenging round for more advanced players but gentle enough for beginners.

Intracoastal Gem
What a lovely track for four senior friends to spend an afternoon together playing golf. Tees and fairways OK; greens very good. Wide open so you can spray your drives around with impunity. Refreshing views and breezes crop up throughout the round.
Staff very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Very Enjoyable Round
Great layout, old Florida course. Wide fairways with just enough water and sand to make play challenging. Outstanding value and friendly staff. We will be back soon!
Slow, Slow, Slow
Two hours and twenty minutes for front nine, and two hours forty minutes for back nine. No ranger.
Otherwise, nice layout that we could have enjoyed if someone from the course had kept the beginners in front of us moving.

Honest Review
For the money this was a good value. Excellent greens, good layout, beautiful views. Fairways were okay, with open access to the greens. Tee boxes were fair, but in good distances for all levels of play. We would return as the pace of play was also good.

Greens were in great shape along with fairways.

Good course
Greens in good shape but a little slow. Very woman friendly. Good restaurant.

Four Different Driving Lengths
Love the extra Green length as the red is just not enough of a challenge. Some fairways were a bit muddy but that's just a weather issue.

Great layout
First time there and I was impressed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Course was in good shape with just a few wet areas ( 2 days of rain) Greens were rolling pretty true. Nice layout along the Intercoastal. Good restaurant on site.

A lot more reasonable price than other courses near Lake Worth and greens were outstanding compared to the high price courses.

Due to Health inspection kitchen was closed so can't really comment on off course amenities.
