About
Lake Worth Beach Golf Club borders the Intracoastal Waterway for just over a mile. There is no shortage of scenic courses in south Florida but this one still manages to stand out. Many of the holes run parallel to the Intracoastal, offering beautiful views and a cooling breeze. The golf course has a classic Florida layout. At just over 6,100 yards, it is not a long course but it still manages to feel like one. There is strategic bunkering along the greensides and water hazards come into play on a few holes. With generous fairways and no forced carries, it is accommodating enough for a range of skill levels but it still offers a fair challenge. The golf course offers a quick and challenging round for more advanced players but gentle enough for beginners.

Lake worth
Very surprised, the course was in very good shape with all the rain we have been having, the greens were punched but rolled great will be back soon

This course was under water.
The course was in poor condition and basically unplayable. The cart path was flooded in some areas and there was ponds of water in the fairways. The course would of been nice to play if the conditions were dry but we shouldn’t of been playing in the morning. Golf play should of been delayed in the morning by the golf course because my group experience was unfavorable.

Good course
I enjoyed the course and played my best round in years. The only thing was due to recent rains there was water in some places that affected the play. But I am happy to play there again at the price I got which was a golf now special.

Scenic course
My wife and I played here for the first time while on vacation in Palm Beach Gardens. We played several courses including here. The conditions were okay for this time of the year. The course is has a few scenic holes along the intracoastal and the layout is okay. The greens were very slow and had been plugged recently. Relaxing round and friendly staff.

Punched greens
The day we played the front side was closed so they could punch the greens. We played the back and those greens were recently punched so putting was pretty bad. Pretty common around for all courses this time of year.
The place is old, but folks are friendly. Great views, simple golf, great restaurant after your round, all at a fair price.

Forgiving course
A fun course of decent length that has good views of the intercoastal waterway. There are many wide and forgiving fairways.

Hidden Gem
It's always good to take reviews with a grain of salt - everyone has a different perspective and often care about things you might not.
With that in mind, after reading other reviews, I was a bit wary but wanted to try out a course for only $35 on the water. Man I'm glad I did. This course is beautiful, open but somewhat challenging, not too busy and it was a great day with my buddies. The only drawback? The greens had been recently aerated so they weren't very true. But then again, neither is my putting.
I'll be back, often.

Great Course for beginners
THis is a straight forward course. Great for someone who's working on their beginner game. The Beach Club is also a great place to eat and have a few libations.
