The Club at Venetian Bay

I don't know why the greens are so bad when rest of course is good. I like the course but probably will allow the greens to improve before coming back.

Course layout was good. Greens need a lot of work.

Good track with roomy fairways. I thought I heard this course had excellent, fast greens, but the day I played they were furry with some bad spots. Because of that, I’ll drop my rating to 4 out of 5 stars.

Course is well laid out and easy for the average golfer.

Quality course, but tee boxes need much work; most are crowned which makes you search for level spot!

Good layout but tees were poor and greens slow and terrible. I will never come back

Front nine is in tough shape and greens were bumpy and dried out with some burn spots. Back nine was in excellent shape and a lot more fun.

The greens are the worst in Central Florida have a lot of dead spots you have to put through with a lot of fertilizer on the Green on called for overpriced for the course it's a 40 to 45 hour course not no $60 course

I teed off early in the morning, and it looked like they must have irrigated all night. Overall, course was good, but lots of LONG second shots with very little roll in the fairways. Always enjoy playing here. BTW, all 18 holes are open; the booking site says you have to play the front nine twice, but not true!

Have played this course before and see now after playing it again they've taken a lot of the traps out making it a lot easier taking a hazards out like that hopefully it will speed the play up cuz anywhere for play there is four and a half to five and a half hours because of a members majority of the members don't have any golf etiquette to let the faster player through

First time playing this course .. since moving here 3 years ago only heard negative’s things about the course but over the passed couple months I have heard they were working on bringing it back. Still have to cut the greens but will be great in the next week or so…. After playing Thursday I will be playing this course weekly!! Through out the whole course you can see that they are working to make this place great!!!!!

Beautiful course and well laid out only downside is the play after 2:30 doesn’t have beverage carts and both bathrooms on the course were locked. Something they need to address.

Interesting layout, some water in play. Greens were pretty bare, and were in :fuzzy" condition , which made putting not only difficult, but unpredictable. Some parts of the course were undergoing repair (some bunkers had grass growing around the edges - not sure if oversanded accidentally or on purpose, areas around some greens had just been resodded, etc.), but overall course conditions (outside the greens was pretty good). Cost would be a factor in deciding whether to play here again.
