About
Cypress Head, an Arthur Hills design, is a blend of holes and styles, a layout of two distinct nines that impress players through different means. At 6,805 yards from the tournament tees, the course is not a beast (there are three alternative sets to choose from).
The first nine is the highlight at Cypress Head. These holes take on a variety of shapes and strategies with little repetition.
It features multi-tiered undulating greens and preserved wetlands with water coming into play on 14 of the 18 holes. The 14th hole is a 478-yard par 4 over water that comes into play off the tee as well as the second shot to the multi tiered green.
The Golf Club also features a lighted driving range and practice facility. Two practice putting greens, a target green and sand bunkers for honing your skills before taking on the challenges of the course
With its' superb conditions and beautiful wetlands setting, Cypress Head is a public club that offers a private and tranquil experience.

Great shape...slow greens
I haven’t been here in a long time and found it to be in great shape compared to the others in the area. Plenty of grass on the fairways and tee boxes but I found myself being short on a number of putts. Greens were slower than I would have liked but they are in great shape as well. I just couldn’t force myself to hit the putts harder than I thought they needed to be.

Course offers good conditions... And greens ..roll nice and are in decent shape ..been playing here last 3.months ... one of my favorites...... .
My Review
Cypress Head Golf was challenging, however, was in excellent condition. My overall rating is 5 star. I have recommended to Cypress Head to friends in the past and will continue to do so.
Even with all the the Coures was in great shape. Greens are a little slow.
Nice
Course is in excellent shape, but greens were running rough. Need to be patient but at time there are few risk/reward holes to be had.
Fun course
The course was not extremely long from the white tees had some water but not bad. Pace of play was great did not have to wait anywhere.
Staff was very friendly we had a great time

This is a fun course. Very good shape. Professional staff. Decent food...I’ll definitely be back.
