About
Cypress Head, an Arthur Hills design, is a blend of holes and styles, a layout of two distinct nines that impress players through different means. At 6,805 yards from the tournament tees, the course is not a beast (there are three alternative sets to choose from).
The first nine is the highlight at Cypress Head. These holes take on a variety of shapes and strategies with little repetition.
It features multi-tiered undulating greens and preserved wetlands with water coming into play on 14 of the 18 holes. The 14th hole is a 478-yard par 4 over water that comes into play off the tee as well as the second shot to the multi tiered green.
The Golf Club also features a lighted driving range and practice facility. Two practice putting greens, a target green and sand bunkers for honing your skills before taking on the challenges of the course
With its' superb conditions and beautiful wetlands setting, Cypress Head is a public club that offers a private and tranquil experience.

GOOD GREENS
Greens were in good condition but fairways and tee boxes need attention. #14 is a great hole. Make sure you take enough of the water to afford you a shot into the green for your second shot. Looks like they ran out of real estate with the design team and had to fit a very short par three in on #16. Two par 5's to finish is also a little strange in terms of design, but overall a decent course to play.

Different
The course needs some help. It would be nice if they would let the fairways grow some grass instead of cutting them so short. Also, some water would help. The greens need help. Nothing special about this course. I is like most courses in the area. Everything needs help.
Nice golf course
Very nice course. Challenging layout with plenty of water. Greens were fast but rolled true. Good value. I will definitely play it again!!
Saturday at Cyprus Head
We scheduled a 2 p.m. tee time for a twosome on a Saturday. We were paired up with another twosome and had a good round. The pace of play was very slow there were several foursomes in front of us. The entire 18 holes took 5 hours
Something has to be done about pace of play, rangers just shrug it off, how often do you see 4 groups on the same hole?.

Enjoyable round!
We played on a Thursday afternoon soon after the Men's League finished. The pace of play was slow on the front nine, but some group(s) in front of us did not play the back nine so we were able to speed up and completed all 18 holes in exactly four hours. The fairways and greens seem to be recovering nicely after winter dormancy.
Great course
I’ve been playing here for 20+ years and it’s always been one of my favorite tracks. It can be a fairly easy course from the forward tees and very challenging from the tips. My only complaint would be that the greens have been slowed down a lot from the years past and they are rolling a little bumpy. They were recently replaced so I am hoping they get back to where they were when they were some of the best greens in the county.
Course in very good condition.Staff friendly.Pace of play good.Some very challenging holes.Worth the money especially if you get hot deal on golf now.Would play again.
Beautiful Course and Well Maintained
Enjoyed my round very much. Well maintained track with some very challenging holes and long par 4'S. I will definitely try this course again!
Always a great experience
We went a little early because we were concerned that with Daytona 55 traffic it would take a while and we could possibly get hung up in traffic. Daytona International apparently did a great job with traffic so we arrived an hour early. The always great staff at Cypress Head understood and actually got us out early ON A SUNDAY. Nice course GREAT PEOPLE.
We very much enjoyed the course. Had a great day!

Liked the course. Pace of play was good. Everything was great. Only thing they could have had was a cart girl out on the course.
