About
Cypress Head, an Arthur Hills design, is a blend of holes and styles, a layout of two distinct nines that impress players through different means. At 6,805 yards from the tournament tees, the course is not a beast (there are three alternative sets to choose from).
The first nine is the highlight at Cypress Head. These holes take on a variety of shapes and strategies with little repetition.
It features multi-tiered undulating greens and preserved wetlands with water coming into play on 14 of the 18 holes. The 14th hole is a 478-yard par 4 over water that comes into play off the tee as well as the second shot to the multi tiered green.
The Golf Club also features a lighted driving range and practice facility. Two practice putting greens, a target green and sand bunkers for honing your skills before taking on the challenges of the course
With its' superb conditions and beautiful wetlands setting, Cypress Head is a public club that offers a private and tranquil experience.

Fun day
The course is great fun to play. I liked the layout and the course setup. Greens were true and in pretty good condition for this time of year. Fairways could use a little water but as I said it's the time of year. Will definitely play here again.
Just Another Day In Paradise
Just LOVE this course. Moved here from Kentucky just a year ago and live in Palm Coast so it is a bit of a drive. WORTH IT! My favorite is still Riviera but Cypress Head runs a close second. That is no small statement. Beautiful course that is very well maintained and challenging while not being so difficult it takes the fun out. The fairways are lush and the greens are very nice if a little fuzzy. Great burger by the way!!!

Great course and value
Friendly prompt drive up service, prompt start times, great tee markers (many courses have worn out colored markers}.
Went off after 1:00 and never had to wait. We were a party of 4. All tee boxes were level and is good shape. Grounds Staff doing a great job puts some private courses to shame.
Restaurant still has issues. Food quality and attention to customers could be better.
We like very much this course, the green were very good. A lot of lakes.
Great Value!
Had a great round despite a frost delay. Despite winter conditions, the greens were in great shape. Staff was very helpful on a marginal weather day. Already looking forward to playing the next time!
Very nice semi-private club
Course was in good shape for the winter Bunker's could use a little bit of sand in them
Good layout
Cypress head was in good condition. The course layout was fair and interesting challenging for any level . The greens rolled true I would d definitely recommend to play here
Nice day of golf
Course is in great condition. Greens were more challenging with the pin placements that day. We were ahead of the Saturday crowd by teeing off around noon. Unfortunately we ran into a very slow 3 some on the back , but still managed to finish in under 4 hrs. Golf Now had a good rate, but had I called the course first, it would have been cheaper to pay the course directly because of the service fee for 2 players. My wife forgot her glasses in the cart and they stayed late so that I could pick them up.

Conditions were excellent. We teed off ahead of our tee time and played the round in 4 hrs.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Will play more times this "winter".
Nice Challenging Layout
Nicely cared for municipal course. The course is in good shape for the most part. The greens have been over seeded so a little slower than normal. They should be back to normal soon. We refer to holes 2-4 as amen corner because they are more challenging than the rest. After that it gets a little easier.
Cypress Head Golf Course
The front nine was great and the play slightly slow but expected during the winter season when the snow birds arrive.
However thed back nine was extremely wet particularly the last three holes where the T-box on hole 16 was totally drenched and was almost un-playable and got drenched while teeing off.
Had the course been watered after daylight the experience would have been 100% satisfactory.
However due to wet conditions I rate it at 90% but I will return and hope that they read this rating.
