Nice course, well maintained. Recommend any one in the area should play this course.

Had a good time playing this course - challenging lay-out with a couple of quirks that cost me a couple of strokes. Good condition (some tees needed to be cut) with nice greens. Fair price - fun course.

Greens very slow and sometimes inconsistent . Course has character.

Greens are new and in good shape. Still very hard and not receptive to good shots. Fairways coukd be in better shape. Mix of weeds and grass. They need to take care of the weed issue in the fairways before the weeds take over the Bermuda.

Have played here a few times in the past, while on vacation. Being from the north, coming here before our season starts fine tunes my game. My spouse is a beginner and lost a few balls in the water, but still enjoys the whole experience.

Will come back again!

Fairways in good condition for early April

Greens very fast - needs work on grass growth so that shots so that approach shots will hold the greens. This may be due to the greens being new and seasonal issues.

This course i.e. getting worse every year. The tee boxes and fairways were good but the greens were brutal. Thank goodness I only paid $18 plus taxes and fees.

You may not believe you are actually playing a muninciple course, but Cypress Head is Port Orange's city owned course. For a duffer such as myself, I feel paying for a course such as Arnie's Bay Hill in Orlando would be a waste of good money. Not because it would be a fantastic experience, but my play would began embarrasenent to such a lofty venue. My point, Cypress Head would challenge the best golfer, but as I am a resident, I can play a great course at a 10th of the price. The best course in Volusia for $25!!! Awesome!!

Course was in great shape,really I ked the greens true roll super fast just how I like them.Women friendly. Price was reasonable, all in all good experience!!!

It is an interesting course. Very hard greens, they wont hold, fairway grass is sparse, sand traps were very good, tee box grass sparse. Worst part was pace of play, nearly 5 hours. Tee time was shortly after 1 pm, starter said that carts have to be back by 6:30 regardless where you are on the course. Should have been a warning that this was going to take a lot of time. Waited on every tee box and every shot for the duration of the 18 holes.

Had a great time. Weather perfect. Course is in decent shape. Needs work on the greens. Too hard and way too fast. Golf anywhere is always better than any other place to be!

We played in late February so the grass on the greens was still dormant. The greens were very quick as a result, and challenging.

Course Layout is very good, fairways aren't too tight but there are some moguls and plenty of bunkers. Greens are new. ...very fast and true. I will definitely play again.

We enjoyed the course but had to wait on all the holes. The back was better since some only did 9. We had to hurry to get done by dark.

I was very surprised with the improvements that have been made at Cypress Head Golf Course on the course as well as with other amenities as well. The staff were extremely customer focused and helpful. Would recommend Cypress Head to all who wish a challenging but fair golf course. Layout requires you to think and utilize your ball striking skills to take risks, but has paths that are wide open to allow for the safe route with opportunities for par.

Bonjour, en ce qui concerne ce terrain, il est de difficulté moyenne. Les plan d'eau ajoute aux difficultés. Le terrain est bien entretenue et se trouve dans un milieu résidentielle ce qui est fort agréable. Il n'y avait aucun marshal sur le terrain mais le déroulement ce faisait très bien. Les trappes de sable manque d'entretient, le sable était très dur. Très belle journée de golf, je retournerais y jouer sans problème et j'emmènerais des am8is.

Course in great condition. Slow play was an issue.

Very nice course,in good condition and well worth the money. I was the first one on in the morning so I was able to play at my own pace.
