Good course for high and low handicap
Fun course to play. Condition could be better around greens and some fairways .
Overbooked
They overbook on purpose with no care to the players. They book every 7 min.. Crazy SLOW pace of play. It seems that's all the owners care about. If you can manage to play at a decent pace it's a nice course.
The course has been greatly improved
The city of Port St Lucie has done a wonderful job giving this course the TLC it surely needed!!!
Course Ranger caused a situation to escalte
At times we had 4 groups on one hole. A twosome, two groups behind us cut in front of us and teed off as we were getting to the box. The twosome dribbled balls down the fairway. We called the clubhouse who sent out the Ranger. The Ranger seemed uninterested in the situation. One of our group got in a shouting match with the Ranger, who did nothing but escalate the situation. Not fun when the Ranger doesn't know golf etiquette.
Too slow
5 1/2 hours to play 18. Not sure I'll go back. They need rangers to pick up pace. It was awful..
Sven
Nice course and very nice staff but plays very slow
Great muni for the $. Quit complaining and enjoy the course
Great round, fun layout and greens are honestly great. Unsure of all the complaints this place gets. It’s a muni that the county oversees and quite frankly for the price point, can’t beat it. Golf down here in season is $100 a round. Pace was above their standard of 4 hrs so a little slow and was waiting on most shots, wish the Marshall did something (or existed).
Will be back
Always windy!
It's always windy here which always seems to be in your face. Also, the pace of play can be pretty slow, but that generally opens up when you get to the last few holes of the front 9 as some folks only play the front.
