Good value for first winter round this year
We were fortunate enough to get a relatively quick round in. Haven't played in two months so our game wasn't sharp. Tees and fairways are in good shape and some greens have spots. Overall good experience but played really slowed down the last 5 holes.

Good Value
The course is in good winter condition. Greens were in good shape, rolling true. It is a playable and fair course with no surprises or goofy holes.

Diasppointing
Played this course last year and it was in much better shape. Other golfers crowded us from behind - several balls hit into our group and foursome in front of didn't play ready golf - slow. Won't be coming back soon.

GOLF NOW SUCKS
The course is good. The service they use to book t times is a joke!
Disappointment
I was very disappointed when playing this course. I did notice some definite improvements with the clubhouse, the restaurant and pro shop. But the course was not in the best of shape. And there was no Starter. Which means groups were going up to the first tee and going off when it was not even their time. At times, there were five or six groups waiting to tee off. And the play was ridiculously slow. Didn’t see a Marshall until we were on the twelfth hole!

Good value - improving conditions
While most courses are very overpriced right now, Indian River Preserve is fairly priced for the current conditions. It’s talking with other players, the conditions are improving. I would the course because of it’s value.

course condition going down hill
Years a go was a real nice layout, very little housing. Nothing but golf course. More housing but layout still very nice. Now fairways patchy and greens similar.

Indian River Preserve
The staff is outstanding! Keith and Laurie are fantastic, Mike is also helpful, friendly and awesome.
The course continues to improve as they work on it, better than the Summer. There are some challenging holes and at times, pin placements. The course has tee boxes that, while short, can be cause for good shots. I play this course often and it is always a pleasure. Check it out.

Tony’s tours
Staff friendly in pro shop and picking up cart .had 2. X 4 balls in front but play was ok .Member pulled up on first tee box and asked to join us showed us all the lines into greens and was good fun to play with. All course in good condition and a joy to play will be back again

Welcome Back IRP
Looked back to see when was the last time I played IRP. Acknowledging that it was over 2 years ago I also made a note that at that time "course was in sad shape". Now this course is only about 1/2 hr. away but had seen a progressive slide in the times leading up to this. Very happy to report that IRP is on it's way back. Not perfect but definitely worthy of playing a round or two this winter. Always a nice layout and terrific staff their tee boxes had some fresh growing grass and fairways not as thin as others reported. Greens were very playable although soft from pre-round rain. The one area that needs attention now if the bunkers, with some growth in them . All in all, IRP will see me more often in the future and if you want a nice course at a good rate for winter time in Florida take a ride over.

Overall, a fun course
We’ve played this course for years this time of the year when we visit on a golf trip from CT. This time was probably the first time since Covid. Amazed at all the homes that have shown up on the course, not always a pleasant thing. The course itself was in average condition. Fairways the poorest shape, greens and tee boxes ok. Cart paths worn out in many places Needs a starter or ranger to control the problem we faced yesterday. Play was slow when we could see 2 twosomes in front of us and a single behind us who eventually drove right by us on the 5th or 6th hole with a few choice words. We were held up by the 2 foursomes on all 18 holes. Grouping these smaller groups would open up the course. Nobody likes to wait
