Fairways Country Club
About
The golf course at Fairways Country Club is a short course but it is quite unforgiving. Water hazards come into play on fifteen of the eighteen holes of the course. The greens are small and tight and they are in excellent condition. There are also strategically placed bunkers situated throughout as well for extra challenge. The signature hole of the course is the par-5 5th hole, which has water on both sides of the fairway and it also runs across it 100 yards from the green. The course has three sets of teeboxes to accommodate different abilities and handicaps.

Great Course
This course is a very great track. Course is an overall pristine condition. This course is definitely a bit of a trickier round the way the layout is set up, but overall there isn’t many courses offering this value for your round. Minor elevation change and beautiful change of scenery I’d recommend 100%.
Absolute Joke.
Beware beforehand if you visit this course. If you arrive 30 mins before your actual tee time, they will NOT let you get a cart. I guess they are afraid you will tee off early or jump in front of the residents. But if you have an actual Starter at the first tee like almost all other courses... Problem solved. Also, they Do NOT ALLOW cash payments, cards or some digital payments only. This was a surprise to me. Most golfers I know carry cash. They must be losing all kinds of potential sales in the pro shop. Absolutely crazy to me but that's their loss. Also, once they discover you booked with Golf now, it's like their whole attitude towards you changes as well, like your trash or we are more concerned about our residents than you playing our course. You shouldn't discriminate against people that use the Golf Now app. This is unacceptable, period. Shouldn't have happened, a nice day almost ruined by unnecessary poor management. However, the course it's itself was somewhat fun and in decent shape for their budget Not sure if we will return, might wait until they improve management or change ownership or HOA management.
Good value for money
Friendly staff very helpful, good layout, great value for money
Very Nice Course.
I love this course for two reasons. One, the price is always within anyone's means. Two, the course is always in really good condition and the greens are really good . I would like to add that the counter staff are very friendly.
Horrendous pro shop staff, good course though
Course is well worth the price, hence why I go often with friends despite the guys in the pro shop. Hands down the rudest people you will ever meet, I’ve had a consistently horrible interaction with these guys every single time I’ve been to the course and step foot in the pro shop. GolfNow won’t let me elaborate on this, but to anyone who is reading this, prepare yourself for sheer arrogance and ignorance from these guys this course has employed in the pro shop.
worse course I've ever played
was unplayable staff informed us that the majority of the irrigation has not worked in 7 weeks the greens were nonexistent just dirt weeds and mole tracks
Fun track
Short, fun course. No frills clubhouse. Fun layout.
Pace of Play
Metrowest Golf Club has a good rate for this time of year. Friday morning Tee time total of 3 players . . . Course in good condition . . . Not a terribly tough course.
Pace of Play … 5 plus hours for the round in 94 degree weather !
Normal Pace of Play = 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Alright Course Between Houses
Course wasn’t bad. Getting there is a bit awkward as you get to a gate with hard to read instructions as the screen is faded out. If anyone golfs here, the gate code for pro shop is “1972.” Hopefully that saves you some time.
Great course for your money
STOP COMPLAINING, PEOPLE! This course obviously isn’t in tournament conditions, but it’s decent and the layout is nice. I always enjoy a good round out here. Where else can you play a solid 18-hole for $20 these days?
