Stoneybrook East Golf Course

Decent course. Fairways and tee boxes good condition. Bunkers still need to be filled with sand. Some greens had barren areas that might be from fungus. I will play course again.

Overall course was in solid condition. Greens were hit or miss, with a few being excellent and others leaving some room to improve. Pace of play could’ve been improved, but was likely driven by the group in front of us rather than the general course. The course was soaked, but that is to be expected with how much rain we’ve gotten in central Florida.

The club house has been redone and the bar was nice, however, they only had tall boys with no buy X get X specials and a nice price tag to go with it.

All said, would definitely play here again for the price.

The course has gone downhill a bit over the last few months. Greens are in bad shape, bunkers are pretty much clay, and the rough is quite high. We do love playing there, and hope they bring it back.

The course has potential but the greens and tee boxes are in horrible shape. Tons of crab grass, dirt patches and dead spots all over most of the greens. They also had the sprinklers running mid day with people on the course which probably isn’t helping.

This course use to be one of the top course in the area. Need a lot of maintenance work specially on the greens.

All the greens are in terrible shape. Tough to putt when they’re that bad. The rest of the course was in fair shape.

Played here recently and was severely disappointed by the course conditions. The fairways were practically overtaken by weeds, and the greens were even worse—sandy, poorly maintained, and covered in crabgrass. It’s impossible to get a true roll on the greens or find a decent lie in the fairway. Not worth the greens fee until management invests serious work into course maintenance.

Stoneybrook East is generally a fun course to play, and I have enjoyed playing it many times. Unfortunately, over recent months, the course isn't in as good a condition as it used to be. There are drainage issues, and many parts of the course are very mushy. I can hit a nice tee shot and have it land right in the middle of the fairway, only to have to move it to a different location, because I'm not going to hit my second shot off of mushy ground or out of a mud patch. I simply won't do it. The greens also have a lot of blight on them. Not sure if this is a downward trend that will continue, but for the time being I do not plan to return to this course to play anymore rounds.

Played here just accouple weeks ago and greens were OK. Somehow they've lost them to fungus or just plain neglect.

The fairways are really wide giving plenty of scope. However, they are quite bare with a lack of grass cover. Greens are consistent pace, some have weeds and dead patches but overall in good shape.

Nothing on the website to indicate it but they charge a cart rider fee. Really should be upfront.
