Tony’s tours
Staff friendly in pro shop and picking up cart .had 2. X 4 balls in front but play was ok .Member pulled up on first tee box and asked to join us showed us all the lines into greens and was good fun to play with. All course in good condition and a joy to play will be back again

Welcome Back IRP
Looked back to see when was the last time I played IRP. Acknowledging that it was over 2 years ago I also made a note that at that time "course was in sad shape". Now this course is only about 1/2 hr. away but had seen a progressive slide in the times leading up to this. Very happy to report that IRP is on it's way back. Not perfect but definitely worthy of playing a round or two this winter. Always a nice layout and terrific staff their tee boxes had some fresh growing grass and fairways not as thin as others reported. Greens were very playable although soft from pre-round rain. The one area that needs attention now if the bunkers, with some growth in them . All in all, IRP will see me more often in the future and if you want a nice course at a good rate for winter time in Florida take a ride over.

Overall, a fun course
We’ve played this course for years this time of the year when we visit on a golf trip from CT. This time was probably the first time since Covid. Amazed at all the homes that have shown up on the course, not always a pleasant thing. The course itself was in average condition. Fairways the poorest shape, greens and tee boxes ok. Cart paths worn out in many places Needs a starter or ranger to control the problem we faced yesterday. Play was slow when we could see 2 twosomes in front of us and a single behind us who eventually drove right by us on the 5th or 6th hole with a few choice words. We were held up by the 2 foursomes on all 18 holes. Grouping these smaller groups would open up the course. Nobody likes to wait

Hidden gem
I have nothing but good things to about this course.
Tee boxes-manicured and level
Fairways-great condition. Just ensure your hit them or you will be penalized
Greens-fast and smooth

Position matters
Tee off with your approach shot position in mind. A challenging course presenting some exciting blind shots. A fun course.
a bit tough for me
This is a nice course in good condition, good carts and friendly staff. The front nine, for me, was way easier than the back nine. I shot 9 more strokes there on holes that had serious hazzards, water to carry and tight landing zones. From Orlando, if you feel like a field trip it is worth trying. Would not recommend to any who does not have serious skills and bring lots of balls
Strange tee settings
The tee boxes do not match the distances on the scorecard

Beautiful layout
I have always enjoyed this golf course, and intend to play it again. Currently it has quite thin grass on the fairways and many dry spots which make hitting good shots a challenge.
I know that with some rain and time it will improve.

Challenging course, beautiful greens
We had a fun challenging round, greens and fairways were beautiful. Staff was great and the lunch at the bar was perfect. Only thing i would change is adding some pictures of the holes on the scorecard or maybe by the teebox.

Excellent value
As always the course is in good shape even after dealing with a few hurricanes that hit the area. The areas where water is an issue, the area is cordoned off. A few of the traps need attention. Need to remove weeds. One other non-course issue which needs special attention is the trash I see in the wooded areas. They are numerous beer cans and debris which needs to be picked up. Again, I always enjoy playing there and hope to return soon.
