About
Duran Golf Club is a local favorite, known for being the best public course in Brevard County. The club is also home to the area's only lighted nine-hole, par-3 course. The course stretches across fertile terrain that was formerly a sod farm, lending some of the lushest playing surfaces on Florida's east coast. The championship layout has a links feel with subtle mounding that frames large, undulating greens. The beautiful landscape comes into play throughout the golf course. Sparkling lakes and ponds, lush grasses, and stately palms all add to the beauty and challenge of the round. Coastal breezes come into play on several holes thanks to the seaside location. Duran Golf Club's practice facility is almost as popular as the 18-hole course. In addition to the par-3 course, there is also a large driving range with mounded areas where you can practice with uphill and downhill lies.

Golfing
Very beautiful course very friendly workers. Everybody at the course is great. Highly recommend it to anyone to go play very satisfied.
Pace of play was the only problem
Played on a Monday to avoid the weekend crowd and pace. Got behind an up and coming junior golfer, her dad, and another golfer. For some reason they were playing every green as if it was the Masters. 5 1/2 hrs on a Monday is ridiculous. Never saw the ranger once.
Great Course Growing into a (More) Challenging Round
Duran never disappoints! Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. This course was amazing when it first opened and is maturing into a (more) challenging round, with the course rewarding solid shots and taking its toll on the errant ones. You get what you earn here and by the way, kudos on the greenskeeper(s) for pin placements on Saturday. They were fair, but also required thoughtful approaches to score well.
Great golf course with challenging greens
The fairways were pretty generous and the greens were the hardest part as they were somewhat slow but also had a lot of breaks and were a challenge to read.

Great Golf Course!
Began our round on-time and the pace of play was great - 3 hours and 50 minutes to play 18 holes including a quick stop in the restaurant for a hot dog at the turn. Course is challenging for sure, in great condition, and I can't wait to play here again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful course
This is a great public course with nice greens and a reasonable price. It has beautiful view with some challenging holes on the water.
Great track
Very nice layout and course is in superb shape as Florida summer bears down heat, humidity, and fast moving rain storms. Hats off to the maintenance crew for a great effort to sustain excellence. Only minor note is the wooden Tee markers have seen their day and are an eye sore for what is a terrific golf course
