Rancho Park Par - 3 Golf Course

I played the 9 hole par 3 course here which is adjacent to their "larger" course which offers par 4 and 5 play. It's a fun little "lunch break" course which offers 9 quick par 3 holes, most of which are in the 70 - 90 yard range. I played all 9 in less than 30 minutes, which is why I think many of the Fox Studios crew probably pops over for quick rounds during production.

The course itself is decently maintained with smooth greens and well cut fairways for a par 3 course. The tee boxes are mostly turf squares but there are patches of grass to swing from as well, which I prefer. The course is right beside a busy thoroughfare, I think Pico Blvd, so it does get pretty loud at times but serves as a decent little golf oasis in the middle of Los Angeles. I'd come play here again if I was short on time and wanted a quick and easy practice round.

Amazing 9 hole to bring a beginner on a learning course or to practice solo

The coarse was way over booked on the 3rd hole 5 groups were sitting down on grass waiting not including my group. I walked back to get a refund or rain check but guy told me no without even hearing my request. He said waiting is normal I said never in my life have I seen 5 groups sitting down waiting to play especially a small coarse like this. This should never happen at any golf coarse. Dont waste your time here

Nice course, friendly staff and a nice place to take a beginner.
