Crane Creek Reserve Golf Course at Melbourne

A fun course to play no weeds to contend with but has a little water just enough to make it a fun course for a beginner like me.

I was member of this course few years ago and nothing changed. It is a good course to play but usualy I walk on golf courses and now they have a surcharge of 3$ for walkers and I di not appreciate this.

GREENS ARE AWFUL,STAFF VERY RUDE THAT MUST BE THE REASONS NO ONE PLAYS THERE.VERY EASY AND NOT A GOOD VALUE AT ANY PRICE

well taken care of and the staff are great. Hole 19 is very nice as well as service. !

My favorite muni of all time. Friendly staff with great food and bev prices. 6000 yds. at the tips with wide open fairways; but when they let the rough grow it can be challenging. Unlike most muni courses, a foursome can get around in less than 4 hours. Driving range with real grass and electric carts. Rates are cheap enough so throw around some tip money...it'll do wonders.

The course is pretty wide open and in pretty good shape for a muni. However, greens are not overly quick and some are damaged..

The greens were poor. I could not find a good roll on any of the greens. I will not go back for at least a year. The two city owned courses lost their greens several years ago and have not been able to solve their issues. The only problem is they raised their prices but didn't improve the product. How embarrassing for the city of Melbourne.
