Overall course is in great condition
Only thing I'd like to see changed would be to level out most of the tee boxes. It's almost impossible to find a flat spot to tee off, it's always below of above my feet and seems to be a complaint from everyone I play with. Not just at this course either, a lot of the courses around. Other than that really like the course right now, greens are in excellent condition.
