I Recommend This Course
Fun affordable short course
I'm lucky to live across the street from Santa Teresa's short course. Once every couple of months, my buddies and I will play the short course just because it's fast and fun. A few of the holes are throwaway pitch shots of 60 to 80 yards, but several others make up for it. No. 1 plays tough uphill. The third hugs a pond up the left side. No. 4 is the best par 3 of all 27 holes on property. It plays downhill with a tree guarding one side and a pond the other. If you're "too good" to play short course golf, you're missing out. Rounds on these types of courses are always rewarding.
