Nestled in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains, Yucaipa Valley Golf Club enjoys a stunning backdrop on most of its holes. The beautifully maintained course is certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Yucaipa Valley offers the unique combination of being both challenging and affordable, for this reason it's a local favorite. The layout is player friendly enough to appeal to a wide range of skill levels. It's not terribly formidable but the greens can be challenging because of the slope and speed. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides and the occasional water hazard comes into play. The 13th is the signature hole at Yucaipa Valley Golf Club. This tricky par 3 has a severely undulating green bordered by out-of-bounds on the right and water on the left.

Yucaipa rateing
The course needs to tend to there sand traps, they have no sand!!!
Oasis in the desert!
First time playing and was very impressed. Nice layout, lots of water holes, fairways were nice and green, and greens were in great shape too. Ive been playing many other courses around here but never played Yucaipa. Will definitely be back to play again.

Layout was nice. Forgiving fairways. I liked most everything about it except the sand traps. Very firm sand and lots of rocks in the traps - I think they could do much better.
Always a favorite.
I've played Yucaipa many times. Course is in really good shape right now after all the rain. The greens are in really good shape and they're (finally!) getting some sand in the bunkers. I think it's a great value and a very fair course.
Great layout
On course maintenance needed. The greens were in bad shape, bunkers are hard pan. It’s a great place to escape the heat, but little else. Great layout, interesting elevation changes, just fix the greens and the traps and this could be a winner.
Save your money
Worst golf course around. Terrible pace of play, staff and overall experience. Very over priced for conditions. Save your money and play at a real golf course.
Great layout
Loved the layout, elevation changes and overall condition on a course that gets a lot of play. Easy 3 1/2 round. Half the cost of Palm Springs gives this great value. Unfortunately we played 2 weeks after the greens were punched and sanded, so the greens were very inconsistent without much opportunity to score well.
