Nestled in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains, Yucaipa Valley Golf Club enjoys a stunning backdrop on most of its holes. The beautifully maintained course is certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Yucaipa Valley offers the unique combination of being both challenging and affordable, for this reason it's a local favorite. The layout is player friendly enough to appeal to a wide range of skill levels. It's not terribly formidable but the greens can be challenging because of the slope and speed. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides and the occasional water hazard comes into play. The 13th is the signature hole at Yucaipa Valley Golf Club. This tricky par 3 has a severely undulating green bordered by out-of-bounds on the right and water on the left.

This place Spiraling
I’ love near the course and golf here frequently. It has steadily been going down hill. They pack golfers in so you can’t really enjoy your game., lways waiting
Then they wouldn’t serve food to the golfers because they said they had a party they had to serve.
The owners could care less about their customers
I apologize for the food issue. We have a very small kitchen and when we have large parties we do not have the space to make food for the resturant as well. We do always have hot dogs and breakfast burritos prepared for these intances

No on-course restrooms
Course is much better kept in cooler weather. Tee boxes are not level. Ther was fertilizer on the greens fairways were decent. Please provide port-o-potties on the course.
Thank you for your words. We have 2 restrooms on the golf course along with the clubhouse. You should see them on hole 5-6 and hole 13. You will always pass the clubhouse from 9 to 10.
Fun, but....
Great course layout, challenging enough but fair, and the price per round is terrific. All things considered, the course is in good shape - except the bunkers. You can expect packed dirt/mud and plenty of rocks. The greens are REALLY fast, so be prepared. Pace of play is always an issue here - and they don't have marshalls to help. What should be 3 1/2 to 4 hours (max) is never less than 4 1/2 to five+ hours.

Greens were too fast for the amount of slope.
First time playing in an over a year. Course was in good shape. Greens were fast with lots on undulations. Too bad people don't know how to fix their ball marks on the greens. Fixed at least 3 on every hole. Worth playing again.

Beautiful Layout
Wonderful layout, fun course to play. The greens are very tricky as they have many slopes and they are fast. Probably added 6 to 8 strokes just on the tricky greens.
One of my favorites
Have played Yucaipa many times. One of my favorite courses. Challenging, but fair. Course is in really good shape right now. Fairways were great. My only (ongoing) complaint is the bunkers, or the "quarries" as I like to call them. You pretty much need a pick and shovel for most of them. After my last review, Yucaipa replied that they planned on working on them. But I've seen little to no improvement. Other than that, really, really enjoyable courses.
