About
Teal Bend Golf Club runs alongside the Sacramento River, enjoying a lush landscape covered in natural wetlands. One of the characteristics the course is known for is its stunning scenery, which works against the challenging layout by being almost too distracting. All of your attention will have to be focused on successfully maneuvering past the mature trees and natural rough areas that sit along the edges of the undulating greens and narrow, winding fairways. Long hitters will enjoy this golf course, which stretches to 7,000 yards from the back tees. There are also some interesting risk/reward holes that will appeal to both low and high handicappers, which is why it is one of Sacramento's most popular public courses. The well maintained driving range is also a popular feature at Teal Bend Golf Club.

Solid Course
Use the bug spray. Greens were punched the day before which we were already aware of but overall course was nice, not overly challenging as far as hazards
sanded greens
i understand they need to do maint, on the greens but no where in our res did it say the greens will be wet and sanded... no bounce on the green, we had lots of plugs and the greens that were not wet were totally unpredictable
Great peaceful play.
Love the course, love how its out in the cuts so its quite and peace. Jus make sure to bring bug spray, mosquitos are no joke there.
Hot and sweaty @ the Bend
I really enjoy the layout of this course, the only thing I worry about is with all the mistletoe on the trees, is the course going to turn into a links after trees die off?
Very challenging and fun course
My favorite golf course in the Sacramento area. Always well maintained and very friendly and
helpful staff. Great course design that will entertain all levels of golfers.
Great shape
Greens were great even with the heat. Tee boxes, fairways & even the bunkers are in good shape.
Play was a little slow though. Only bad thing about the course & it wasn't that bad.
Simple
Looking for a golf course to get a nice 18 holes in, then this is your place. I would of liked a little more to the place, seemed a little too simple for nicer golf couse.
Course in very good condition. Pace of play was very good as well 4:05 hours with a foursome and a few foursomes ahead of us. Only played the course maybe twice 14-15 yrs ago, played like crap but definitely looking forward to going back soon.
Just a great morning
The.weather was great, the ball flew good, just couldn’t get much better out of the coarse and the day.
Still a great track
It was surprisingly open today. We played in 2 hours, 49 minutes! Course was in great shape. Remains a challenging course, yet fair. Always a fav.
Great Course
Greens are in really good shape. Someone of a tight course and fairways are in great condition. Will play it more often.
