Hidden treasure
This course is a hidden treasure. The condition of course was great. Good price for a good challenging course. Staff that we came into contact with was AWESOME!! THANKS WILDERNESS

Friendly reception, good condition, definitely one of the better courses around.
Time tested and in Good shape
I played this course about 4 years ago. Still well maitained and lots of fun.
All around great course
Greens were impeccable, and the course is fantastically laid out and in great overall shape. Enjoyed every minute. Will return without a doubt.
Fun course
Course is in great condition. Greens are putting great and not too fast. Every time I play this course I like it more
Nice Course
First time playing Wilderness, and was impressed with the layout and conditioning. Play was a tad slow, and never saw a ranger, but the beverage cart regularly passed by. Lot's of trees, and some water hazards, but a very fair test. The undulation on some of the greens is pretty crazy, but kinda fun for something different. With not many choices in this area, Wilderness is a hidden gem!
Great course
Course was in great shape, greens were fast. First time playing, won't be my last.
One of the best
Wilderness is one of best courses and value to play golf. The course was in pretty good shape and the greens are getting smoother and faster. I would say this place is better than most of the high dollar courses. I have played them all.
Best hospitality
This course is in great condition and the greens played true. The staff was over the top in true Texan hospitality and gave a great your for first timers. The pace of play for a Friday was outstanding. The starter made sure everyone was on time....our threesome finished in 3.5 hours. My drive from Victoria was well with it, this is the best course within 100 miles. We'll be back!
Well worth the drive
Great course layout, large rolling greens ran fast and true. Wilderness requires golfer to use all clubs in the bag. Be prepared to scramble around the greens due to some lengthy par 4's. Will be back next week with friends...can't wait to play again!

Course was in great condition and challenging. Third time playing and driving all the way from League City. Well worth the drive!
