About
The Arthur Hills/Mike Dasher-designed Sienna Plantation is a flat, wooded course that has been enhanced to provide elevation changes. The result is a challenging track that rolls between lakes, creeks, and the native hardwoods that dominate the landscape.
In terms of playability, you'll primarily notice the abundance of risk-reward decisions that are required throughout the round on this course, which tips out at 7,151 yards.
Out of the chute you'll be challenged immediately-the opening two holes play as a 427-yard par 4 and a 601-yard par 5. It lightens up a bit on holes 3-4 with a reasonably short par 3 and a short par 4, but holes 5-8 can blow your score up quickly if you're not on your game. No. 6 is a monster 251-yard par 3 sandwiched between two 450-yard par 4s.
On the back it's more of the same, with the nine opening with four 400-yard plus par 4s. Both par 3s are over 200 yards, and the par 5s are each well over 500 yards. The only real birdie opportunity for the average handicapper is the 320-yard No. 16.
Getting there : Take Hwy. 59 south to the Williams Trace exit. Turn left on Williams Trace to Hwy. 6. Turn left and drive 5.5 miles to the Sienna Plantation main entrance. Turn right and follow the signs to the Information Center.

One of My Favs
Really like the course layout. The course is in good condition considering all the wet weather we have had. Great value for hot deal!
Nice course in nice neighbourhood.Greens and bunkers in great condition. Fairways and tee boxes in good condition despite winter season. Good to use a red/pink ball color, because grass is in yellow-ish winter coloring.
Nice Course
On a perfect weather day, played this course for the first time. Fast greens, nice fairways, decent bunkers,and some very well thought out pretty golf holes. Will definitely play again.

Good Course
First time playing this course. Course was in good shape after all the rain they’ve had. The greens were in good shape, and the course has a very challenging layout. Had a great time. Will play again!
Course is nice shape!
Course is in really good shape right now. Smooth, fast greens, neat fairways, lots of green to be seen. The 'clubhouse" at Sienna is poor on its best day. Since as far back as I can recall...14 years...the clubhouse/bar/restaurant have only been an after thought. Does not appear owners care at all about generating revenue, being hospitable, offering good food, etc.
Course conditions were bad
Played this course for the last time. Upon arriving no one tells you the condtitons of the course or lies about it. Got out there and most holes were full of sand. But No on told us, just let us pay our money. Then the maintenance crew drives by us on a hole and spreads sand on the Green of the hole we are playing, like we are not even there. Called pro shop and they said it was nothing they could do...Horrible customer service for what should be a top course!

Love this course, has a great lay out allows for many handicap levels with the tee box set up. Fairways and greens in great condition. Staff nice.
In Great Shape
The course is in great shape and the best it has been since Hurricane Harvey. Greens are smooth and firm.

Really enjoyed 17 holes, but 18 has always been the weirdest hole I've ever played. Still got a bogey, but not like any other reasonable hole I've ever seen. Not just one, but TWO sets of high and deep rough from tee to green! Wish they would cut the second one down altogether and make it a real fairway!!
