The Links at Land's End

Found a great deal for 19.99 on a Friday morning. It is a bit out of the way but worth the drive for sure. Even with all of the water, it plays fairly easy for beginners and intermediate players. I did not lose a ball until I shanked one in the small little pond on 18....all of the lake and I shank one in the small pond!!

Is probably a good course on a day they take the time to deal with all of the leaves. Seriously lost my ball just overshooting green 3 times because i couldn't find it in all the leaves not to mention when i did hit the green i had to spend 5 minutes clearing my putting path before each put. On top of that and the ridiculous wind and constant water hazards off the tee and on the fairway just made for a horrible round of golf...

Land's End is a great golf course. The scenery is amazing. There a a few challenging holes. With multiple tees to play from, you can play it long or short. The wind can sometimes be your friend, but other times make some long par 4's into par 5's. Overall, a great place to place.

I play it year round and the course is awesome. The greens are lightning quick and putt true. The plush fairways are spectacular to hit any type of shot.

The Course was in very good condition. Course people very friendly and helpful. Can't say the same for some of the "regular" golfers who complained the whole time we were on the practice areas about their T times and changes.
Otherwise , we had a good time, weather was great, course was good and sometimes very challenging.

Fairways and greens very nice, staff is good, they really could use a marshal over all great for the price of golf now!!

We travel about 75 miles to play this course about once a month. Excellent facilities and a super staff. Well worth the trip, just a super track.

Course was in great condition and got a very good rate thru golf now. It is a about an hour drive from Rockwall. Very friendly staff.

I want to start off by saying this is my first time in East Texas. The thought of being outside here in August is almost unbearable.

This course offers a welcome relief from that dank heat. The nice breezes off of the lake really help keep things comfortable.

Overall the course is challenging, but not overwhelming. The grass is soft and wet, but the ground underneath is hard and dry. It makes choosing your clubs carefully all more important.

Definitely a fun course for the money, and it's very pretty all around. I'll be coming back!

Course was in great shape. Pro shop attendant very helpful. Only negative is had to hit off of mats to warm up.

Course was in good condition and the layout was fun but challenging.

Great design as many holes are directly on the lake. Could use more aiming items (bolders, tree rings, etc). Do have 150 poles in fairway. Greens were fairly brown the day I played but held well and putted okay. Roads to get to the place are fairly rough shape so take it slow. .

Overall the course is well managed and is challenging when playing from the tips. The par 3's are long but accessible with hybrids. Par 5's are long enough to decide if it should be played in two or three. Greens rolled true and must be played with extra break in mind. Overall course was well maintained, facilities is excellent and staff are very friendly. A great experience all around. Two thumbs up!

Played it for the first time recently. It was a great course. Good layout, great conditions, greens rolled great, and service was good. One of my best golfing experiences.

It is a good drive to get to this gem but we'll worth it if you don't mind the driving distance! The course is tight in places, but is set up as a risk- reward layout on most holes. The food is great and the staff is courteous and helpful!

Course was very dry and brown. There was trash all over the course. Grounds were not maintained well. The greens were hard and don't hold shots; very unreceptive. Good shots that hit pin high bounce flag high.
