About
Olympia Hills Golf Course is very exciting and enhances San Antonio's reputation as a golf destination. A unique combination of natural topography and man-made mounds and bunkers make this a super course. Native South Texas vegetation and golf course grass seed formulations on fairways and greens will provide state-of-the-game playing surfaces. The views are spectacular, with several holes playing to greens well below the tees, while other lead to a significant rise to reach the putting surface. Fairways, which on some holes are tight, are often sloped and guarded by bunkers. The tips will not be played by the faint hearted, but with four sets of tee boxes, the course can be enjoyed by all levels of players.

Nice Course
I like this course. Great layout. For whatever reason there were a lot of bees around. Other than that I'd play there again.
Will never play here again!
New Course rule, everyone on the course had to pay for a full day of play. Even if they were just riding. My son-in-law and I have played courses in many places and we have never had to pay extra for a rider. We will not be back.
Took my father in law golfing
Great course. I went on a Wednesday so there was no cart service but that was to be expected.
Course was in good shape.
1st time at Olympia Hills
Considerably more challenging than a quick glance at the scorecard would indicate. Layout overall was challenging. Greens were in good condition though challenging with slopes and size (small). Fairways were OK but pretty ragged around the edges. Tees were fair at best. Traps were too firm. Quite a few deer.
Fantastic course
Course is not easy but it is a beautiful course and love to play it.

I normally play here once a week. This is the first time i have encountered thre players sharing one bag. I got so tired of waiting behind them and being offered to play thru that at the turn i played the front nine again. its bad enough when i see five players together but this was horrible
Great topography
Cool layout, lots of undulating fairways. A lot of elevation changes made strategy on some holes come into play. Deers on course were nice touch.
Cons: course is overplayed, pitch marks not repaired, fescue on greens prominent. Dirt bunkers with pebbles and rocks. Pace of play - very slow, annoyingly slow.
