Olympia Hills Golf Course

Course was the worst it’s ever been. Fairways had no grass and greens had weeds growing and huge sand pits.

Pace of play was 3 hours for 8 holes. Drought has taken its toll, greens and fairways are bare and compacted. Afternoon play had limited items( range balls, items for sale) probably due to lack of personnel. Hope this improves as the layout is worth the play.

I understand the freeze that happened, but there was fairways that were dirt. Or turf that was killed off not in dormant. Freeze was a a few weeks now as well. There’s courses around within 15-20 min that have done a much better job maintenance wise.

Olympia Hills is one of the better courses in the area. The course conditions this time of year are less than ideal, mostly due to the climate in the fall/winter. However, the greens could be better with more effort. Overall, the course is fun. The front nine requires some challenging shots due to the elevation changes, bunker placements and green location. The back nine is equally challenging but is a bit more open. Overall, I enjoyed my round and will return to play again.

Great course, Had a wonderful time great staff the only thing that I would recommend or suggest would be on the driving range to put some type of indicator which shows the distance of the items. Aside from that couldn’t be better.

I enjoyed my play there. Course has a great design to it and it’s a par 71 so you can really shoot low there. I shot my best round ever there and the staff was very friendly and on point. Course Marshall was very nice and the randoms I got paired up with play there often. Really nice people I played with. Now my only problem was some of the greens weren’t top tear. Had some black pits in a few that messed with putting. Now normally during the winter you can expect this out of courses. But those courses that have those will charge you $30-40 to play. For me, I’m playing a course right at $70 I expect the greens and fairways to be of top quality. I believe you over pay a bit for the round but at the same time, the pace of play of pretty fast and it’s a great design. With this price though don’t expect to play a kissing tree or quarry type golf course, because then you will be pretty disappointed.

Course is in It’s just wintertime conditions. Freeze a couple of weeks ago. Greens were rough for putting. Very open for slicers and hookers pretty easy course to play. With the exception of putting right now. I’ll have to try again once weather conditions change.

Front and back nine are completely different, it’s like two different courses. Both sides offer challenges and are fun to play. Tricky for high handicap golfers like me but still enjoyable.

Was not able to play. They were rude and condescending at the pro shop. I would not play here.

I like this course. Great layout. For whatever reason there were a lot of bees around. Other than that I'd play there again.

New Course rule, everyone on the course had to pay for a full day of play. Even if they were just riding. My son-in-law and I have played courses in many places and we have never had to pay extra for a rider. We will not be back.

Great course. I went on a Wednesday so there was no cart service but that was to be expected.

Course was in good shape.
