Lakewood Country Club of Naples sprawls across 52 lush acres that is home to an abundance of wildlife, including several different bird species. Located just outside of downtown Naples, Marco Island is just a few minutes away. The golf course snakes around four freshwater lakes, the sparkling waters contrasting beautifully with the native trees and shrubs that border the fairways and greens. The par-60 course is ideal for beginners, offering a round with a conveniently quick pace of play that will still put your short game skills to the test. Making putts is particularly challenging. Most of Lakewood Country Club of Naples's greens are elevated and you'll encounter water on 14 holes. There are also 28 bunkers strategically placed throughout. Every hole has a risk-reward scenario in play, which keeps the low handicappers happy but also gives new golfers the confidence to tackle the golf course without the fear that it's too much to handle.

Quick round
My son and I love this course. We played 18 hole in 2.5 hrs. 7:39 tee off no delays. On our boat by 11. Love it.
Not worth it
We golfed here on vacation. Part of the enjoyment in golf on a hot day is the drink along the way. This course had no beverage cart, no real food (only very limited candy bars and snacks) and no clubhouse for lunch afterwards or even a hot dog at the turn. The course itself was short with fast, small greens. You can easily play with three clubs. The rental clubs were filthy! Not worth $65. Go elsewhere if you want to enjoy the day.

Great Executive Course
Nice little course tucked between the houses and lakes. Par 60 that plays longer in hard winds. Great value. Will be back.

Almost all par 3s, great fun course. Recommend 18 holes
Practice course
If I was vacationing here I wouldn’t play but if I needed a place to warm up before playing a more difficult course here is the place for you. Short holes. Small greens slow pace of play due to a lot of par threes.
