Shaggy course with no real challenges, but fast play and cheap.
I read other reviews and almost didn't play this course, but the price was so low that I took a chance. I don't know what the prior reviewers saw, but when I played, the greens were grass, not sand! The greens were slow, but they were all grass, if a little shaggy. The fairways were cut a bit long, but they were not burnt out. The rough was reasonably thick, but not impossible. This is a par 62 course with little water and few bunkers. Most of the holes are par 3, and there was only one par 5 hole, and it wasn't much more than 450 yds. The course was empty! We had nobody in front or in back of us, so we moved right along and played the 18 in just under 3 hours. At the price on GolfNow, ($16 pre-payed), the course was a steal (for Naples).
Great executive course for the $
This was just what I was looking for. I wanted to play golf for a reasonable price since it was my first time out this season. It helped with my short game. It's mostly par 3s, but they're challenging... Not the type where you could just bring a pitcher and putter and be done. The guy at the "pro shop" (I use that term, loosely here) was quite rude. There was no one ahead of us, but because "we paid such a low price on golf now" he wanted to make us wait until our tee time to tee off. He ended up making us only wait 15-20 minutes instead of 30. The course was in ok condition. Nothing fantastic, but nothing awful. Slightly dry. Weird "gully" between the green and the fringe, but it didn't affect play.
Short course, great for practice round
The back nine are more enjoyable and appear to be more well groomed. Rangers and staff very friendly . Course is a par 62 .
OK for practice but not necessarily a great golf experience. Value for money on Golf Now Special $ 24 was very good.
Overpriced for an executive course.
Front 9 was in poor condition - back 9 was okay. Never mentioned it was an executive course....very disappointed for the money we paid.
Short course, good value for the money.
Not the best course or the most challenging, but for the money and the good atmosphere of the place, I would go back and play.
Very good course
The course is maintained well. The greens are excellant and the staff is helpful and friendly.
great practice coarse friiendly staff Esp " BOB "
great coarse to limber up on for snowbirds, some challenging holes not too much water
Good shape...good greens
Friendly people....easy access...quick play.....ejnoyable
Too more Par 3, but interresting.
I recommend For good days with the friend and another players.
First time there, very pleased, good value. I'll go again.
Nice executive course. Just enough hazards to make it fun. It seemed to be well maintained. Most greens were slow which took adjustment, nice contours, and were in great shape.
I like to return because I love the scenic
Great for a novice and intermediate player because the handicap is good.
The greens are in a very good condition.
Caution: The toilet closes too earlier for the players who finish their round of golf
Top Dressed Greens As We Played
The greens' staff stayed just ahead of us in top dressing the greens with a fine sand that was saturated with either blue, fertilizer or fungicide. It was a noxious smelling material, that made your eyes water, and stained everything it touched (balls, clothing, etc.). They spread it inconsistently, sometimes as much as a quarter inch thick, making putting nearly impossible. Putts would "rooster-tail" in the fine particles making speeds of the greens impossible to gauge. They could have made the greens playable with a quick "whipping," but they just spread and left the debris staying a hole ahead of us all during the round. We were the first tee time at 7:07 am. No one told us they would be doing this during our round.
We voiced our concerns in the Pro Shop to an inattentive staff that basically ignored our concerns. Any concession would have shown them in a better light, but none made us miserably disappointed.
A fun Par 62 course.
The course was a shorter course but had many challanging holes. It enabled us to score well and thus have a great time.
A good mix of target play, forgiveness and sometimes surprising hazard placement.
First time on this course and one of three games within two weeks since season closed in October back home. Followed the card for yardage rather than signs and played the white blocks. Greens were in excellent condition - varying from postage stamp to generous. Approach areas run up nicely with surrounding hazards for the over zealous and inaccurate. Bunkers were very playable. Snack bar was closed with only cold drinks and refrigerated sandwiches available. Would like to try other courses in the area but keep this one on our play-again list..
Not overly crowed
The greens are 100% better than last year. The added care shows.
this course has some interesting holes
This course is suited to individuals who are looking for a fairly easy round of golf ie high hadicap. There are a few holes that will challenge a better golfer to break par. Ideal for for partners of high/medium handicaps
Qualiyt/price = very good
Courteous staff, land in good condition. I recommend it for beginners and intermediate golfers. Excellent to start a golf season.
Nice course for the high handicapper. Quick pace of play. Greens were very slow. Fairways were nice.

The course provides good value for game improvements.
The course manager was not cordial nor cooperative when asked if open tee times would allow us to start rather than wait for the appointed tee time (Tees were vacant most of the hour we waited). At the turn, a woman named Pat was very courteous and friendly which was a dramatic contrast to the manager. He could use a course on customer satisfaction and efficient use of facilities!
Otherwise, the course was in need of some care on the fairways and cart paths but the greens were in nice condition. The layout and variety of holes was good and provided the player with a good mix of challenges...especially the short game.
Slow greens and the course needed attention.
These were the slowest greens I think I have ever played. I couldn't get the ball to the hole.
Pace of played seemed slow but the clients were elderly.
The fareways, collars, and t-ee boxes all needed attention.
I am sure I would never play it again.
New carts, good for working on the short game. However, one of the staff members was rather rude and arrogant when we finished.
