The Preserve at Turnbull Bay

This is a gem of a course in an area of many courses. Good variety of holes with nice challenges tee to green. The fairways are in good shape and the greens are excellent. Full set of tees from back to front for all skill levels. Nice new carts and full service snack bar. Best of all though, the owners and staff are fantastic and very friendly and welcoming...could not be nicer people. I play here a lot and always enjoy it. My favorite in the area.

This course has come a long way since the new owners bought it 4 years ago. Greens were amazing, fairways lush and thick at a nice low cut. It was like hitting off a tee in the fairway. What a joy to play a course in the late summer that looked and played just as good. Had rain the other day and drained well, no problems. This is a much need play when in the New Smyrna Beach area. I'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work.

This course has always been a favorite of mine. I went back today for the 1st time in months and really enjoyed it. I also tied my best round there ever which didnt hurt!. The greens are in GREAT shape for summer time around this area. Very healthy and true with average speed you would expect in the area. Its a lil bit shorter of a course but its very tight and the undulating greens make up for the lack of distance. Lots of shade so you can try and keep cool. Very friendly staff and a great value for the money.

Not the best conditions but playable. Acceptable for February. Had lots of rain over night and course was still playable.

Not a long course, but liberally fair to play. Enough hazards to keep you on your toes. I was paired up with some snowbirds from Ottawa, Ca. Unfortunately rained out after 11.

Of the 6 rounds we played in the Daytona Beach area at 6 different courses, this course was in the worst shape. I know there just coming out of their winter, but the tee boxes hadn't been mowed and the greens were very bumpy.

Although not in the best of shape, the layout of this course has tremendous potential. It is my understanding the course has recently been taken over by new owners. I would like to play this course again in the hope that the conditions have been improved. It is a very fair test and is located in a beautiful setting of woods and homes.

Nice course. Good starter, had foursomes paced excellently. Greens fast but not true. Fairways in good shape. Very nice surroundings

A nice layout but needs some investment as some of the cart paths, fairways and waste areas were a little rough. I would have no problem playing it again though and enjoyed the experience.

Fun layout. Best greens in the area. They have done a great job of improving the bunkers, especially since I last played in October. Family owned and run and they make you feel welcome. Good value.

We had a great day considering the weather was cool.
The layout was good and challenging but some of the greens were in bad condition (sandy). Overall it was a nice course.

Play this course fairly regularly.since new ownership always in good condition. Greens are always.the best around. Fairly tough yet short course.nice layout will continue to play this course and recommend

Very poor conditions overall. Greens were some kind of grass I never saw before. Very bumpy surfaces. Sporadic overseeding and grass was not uniformly cut. They seem lost here. Time for another ownership change.

Greens were in good shape, fairways not bad, grass a little long on the tee boxes but you could see that the staff was working on improving the course. Not knowing the course you can get into trouble with water.

Play this course often. The layout is a lot of fun. It is always in very good shape. The greens are some of the best in the Daytona area. They were a little spotty this round but at this time of year greens and the fairways in the area usually are. The staff is friendly and helpful. Worth the play.

Love the old Florida feel of this course. Has a good amount of water which makes it challenging. Cart paths are in poor shape, sand traps need repair and fairways were very wet and soggy. This could be a really beautiful course but it needs some upkeep. We had a great time and really enjoyed playing here so we hope there is some TLC planned so the course improves and does not continue to decline.

nice course was hard to get to, but that also meant it was peaceful and quiet. not an easy course but not too hard.

We really didn't expect to have as nice a course as we found upon arrival. The greens were excellent and fast. More than enough challenge for us!

Played the course as a twosome, little slow behind a pretty decent foursome. Excellent and fun course. A really nice course layout and some challenging holes. This course does require some creative layups so be ready, the ball carries a long way on these hard fairways.
