Course was a little wet from recent rains but palable

This is a nice little Donald Ross design that used to always be in excellent condition throughout. Sadly, that has changed. Although the greens are very good, the fairways and rough are not. I don’t know if their budget has been cut, or perhaps a change in personnel. Regardless, I was very disappointed.

This is a very flat Donald Ross design with his signature green complexes. The fairways were not very good, but because of the hot weather that is normal, but the greens were exceptional. I paid $29 on the hot deal. It was well worth the price …highly recommended!

Greens are ok recently aerated and sanded a few weeks ago .

Wouldn’t pay more that $35 to play it

I enjoyed playing golf today with two differnt groups of people I was matched up to play with. The pace of play started ok, but got slower and so slow that the 1st group I played with left before finishing the round. I teamed up with the threesome ahead of us and finished the round.

The couse I was told had been in great shape, but recently was aereated, so greens were slow.

I still enjoyed the round and thought it was a nice course to try out.

The course is still working its way through the aeriation process. BUT, about 80-85 % of the tee boxes are in deplorable condition. It is sad that the greens will be really nice in a couple of weeks and the tee boxes will still be deplorable.

Nice little beach town course. Greens were decent. Looks like they just re-seared and airing. In a week or so they will be excellent. T boxes and fairways were both very well maintained.

Pace of play was fast due to the layout, not overly crowed and never felt pressure from other golfers.

Recommend as a must play.

Second time playing this course. Fun and challenging layout. It was even more challenging due to the aerification process, lol, but we had been forewarned and paid a fair price, so no complaints there. Can’t wait to play this course again when the new grass comes in!
