New Smyrna Golf Club

This is a very enjoyable round. Four hour playing time on a very crowded facility. Ross design lives up to his reputation in shot placement off the tee. The greens were exceptional, fairways average(could use some water and weed killer) and sand traps could a little more sand. Overall, the course was much better that you would expect for the fee. Definitely my favorite in this area.

First time playing this course and it didn’t disappoint. Best tee boxes and greens we’ve played on in awhile. The day was windy so it made it quite challenging but we played with two really nice players. It was not close but we’ll probably play it again after snowbird season.

This was the best course we played in 2023. The greenskeeper does a fantastic job maintaining all aspects of his course. The other staff members are also efficient and friendly to customers. Thank you all.

The course is in very good condition! Greens are fast and true, fairways are generous and tee boxes are good!

Overall condition very good! A few thin areas off the fairways - but overall very enjoyable / playable. Highly recommend making a time at this property / pick the appropriate tee for your skill level!! My only negative of the day was - pace of play that has been my experience at most of the courses I’ve played the past few months. Thank for a great day of golf and your very friendly/ professional staff.

Great public course to play. Greens were green and quite quick. Grass also in fairways. Staff was very nice. Will come again

This course greens and fairways are in decent shape. It was super busy and crowded. It's kinda basic and not much water on the course. I would play it again but not my 1st choice.

Really enjoyed NSBG. Have played a lot of golf in my life and I will say that the staff is very good but Martin is the straw that stirs the drink. Runs the tee times smoothly and with good humor. Thanks Martin!

Did not play here last year because of poor Fairways. Heard Fairways were improved so went to check it out. Yes, Fairways much better, the best I have seen in several years. Greens have been very good for several years. Open curse that is challenging because of the green complexes. Greens firm and medium fast. Only negative is pace of play. I think they send groups off too close together. Had 4 groups on 15. About 4:45 to complete round. Still, fun track.

The greens are the best I've played on this winter. The course is in great shape.

Great course for the money.

Great experience from welcoming pro shop and starter to course. Well maintained tee boxes, green fairways, lightening fast greens and fluffy sand. Pace of play was good. Starter made 4 somes that kept a busy course moving efficiently. Will return
