Greens are great. Only subtracted from conditions for a few thin fairway spots. also a couple of tee boxes. Bunkers are good, I tested quite a few of them. Always enjoy this muni. Very good value.

A blast from the past

Love the historic feel of TPC New Smyrna Beach. It is a must-do on our "tour" of the area. Pace of play is a little slow...this place gets a LOT of traffic, but it is a lot of fun. The course is holding up well considering the traffic. Fun times, too bad the restaurant was closed. We played on a Monday. Get out here!

Nice greens.

Greens are nice for a muni type course layout is simple with elevated greens Greens are hard and roll well. Course is great value and a good walking course but there are a lot of bald spots and ooor lies in the fairway. So I recommend you play lift clean and place most of thr time or preferred lies. . They'd like most mid level course around here though, so no shocker .

Overall it’s a good hometown type facility. Course was busy and in good shape due to the HS tournament starting the next day. Had a “deal” price that helped deal with the slow play.

Played here in January and the greens were the fastest I have ever played so my expectations was

For another overly tough round with Donald Ross’s upside down bowl greens

To our surprise greens while fast were manageable

And overall conditions were better than any of the other courses we have played in the area
