New Smyrna Golf Club

First time playing here, the course conditions were excellent from tee to green. The course laid out out in what I have come to see at Ross courses, the big challenge is in the green complex, that's true here, there are a number of really tricky greens. Everyone we met on the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Pace of play just under 4 hours, which we thought was good considering the course was full. Will be back...

This course is excellent. Great layout and excellent conditions. Challenging greens typical of Donald Ross designs

Very nice Donald Ross layout. It was a challenging but fair test. Greens were in very good condition.

Back nine greens had much more tilt to them that made it challenging. Cannot go long on these greens.

Enjoyable round of golf in around 4 hours.

course was in great condition for wintertime, fairways are over seeded well and greens rolling excellent.

The greens all had interesting attributes and surrounding areas. Not as difficult as Pinehurst #2, but many similarities.

Great day, thanks to the starter, that joined us up with another couple, and bumped us ahead so there were 3 foresomes, rather than a two followed by two fours and a two. Really enjoyed the couple, the starter knew them and thought we would enjoy playing with them. I think the starter was Marvin….anyway he is a gem! Made for a great day for us….Thanks
