Lake Diamond Golf & Country Club

I have heard that this course was terrible a few years ago, but it was very nice compared to a lit of the other courses that are in the area. Has very nice greens. You can tell that they are putting a serious effort into making that course top notch

Excellent greens, so so fairways. Basic layout very interesting. WE have played when there were few other golfers and played when there was backup on every tee. This, being a holiday was a day with many golfers. Still played 18 in a little over 4 hours. Greens much better than expected. A good day of golf.

Good course for the money will challenge your yardage shots take extra balls if you are not straight off the tee

This is the second time I've played this course. The conditions of the course itself were much improved. Pace of play was good. Greens were fast and in great condition

A little over a year ago the green were good but the fair ways were a cow pasture. Now they are very good, very improved, nice. They will see us again..

Nice course. Played from the blue tees. Some holes are fairly easy but some are very challenging. Greens were in excellent shape. Price was right.

We 4 some agree that speed of the green is very good and slopes are just right. We would like to play again because the speed of the green,but fairway can be little
better. The guy at pro shop ( older guy) was very friendly and helpful. Parking place need little help.

This is a challenging course, because first time around, especially the dogleg holes, it's hard to figure where to play the safe shot. Even the layout on the card throws you a loop- I can't remember if it was the 1st or 2nd hole it shows as dead straight on the card when in fact it doglegs!! Greens are also tough, mostly elevated.
You do need to keep down the middle too, 'cos if you hit into the woods forget it. Think I lost 4 balls on my first outing!
Will go back for another go, as I like the punishment!
Only real criticism was we couldn't get a beer after the game as the 19th was closed, and it was only 3:45pm!!!

If you don't mind poorly minded bunkers without rakes... Dont need grass to play in fairway very average greens and slow pace of play with old people who dont let you play thru... You're gonna love this place... Excellent layout... Average greens... Good rate.

I think this is a great course. This course will really test your putting skills.

A very nice course for the money. Tucked away in a suburban development but surrounded by wooded areas (houses do not border fairways). Some holes require you choose your club/shot carefully. Greens in good shape and fairways were adequately maintained. Played the course in the afternoon and practically the only one on the course.

Very few people on course. We checked in at clubhouse and were told we were "next up" but arrived at 1st to find another player coming off the back nine and proceding to the tee box ahead of us. With no starter or marshal you are led to wonder if extra holes are common practise for some at this course.
Surprisingly the greens were in great shape fairways average but the rough was just that..

A bit chilly in the morning. Had the course to ourselves, seems like the cool weather kept a lot of golfers home! No water on front nine, huge squirrels on back (LOL). Bunkers are not groomed to well, a few a rakes. Greens were groomed nice! Tee boxes were beefing reseeded by groundskeeper. So the course is a fun course, we will be back.

I have played this course for about 6 years, almost every week, I have seen this course go from TERRIBLE to current which getting closer to FANTASTIC, the greens are in great condition and they have continued to keep the rough cut short enough that they are still penalizing without losing your ball.
I Love this course and will be playing again Sunday the 18th, still 3 openings if anyone wants to play 10:30 tee time.

I have golfed Lake Diamond several hundred times I'm sure. The couse is challenging and Great Value!

The greens were the best of any course I've played around here since we got to Florida on December 1st. Its a fair course for an average golfer, a person with a very low handicap probably wouldn't think it very challenging. I'd play there again.

Found the course to be more open than some of the reviews I read before going.. Lucky I played with someone whom played the course before. I should have used the blue tees, instead of white.
Over all I like the course, the cost and will go back again.

My wife and I played this course after two days of rain. There were a few bad spots which can be expected. I am not a long hitter so this course always is a fun challenge for me. Overall worth the money we paid!

I took my little brother who was a first time golfer and he had a great time. The course was in decent shape and relatively difficult. I will play again and recommend for any recreational golfer

Course was great for the price paid. i was paired up with a couple of members and had a tremendous time. I will be playing again before I leave.
