Great value
I love playing this course. The course was a bit dry but a lack of rain will do that. I was a single and the started put me with two other singles so i was able to go out before my scheduled time. This worked out great as we finished in 3 hours and 20 minutes. Saw a couple of gators sunning themselves, luckily didn't have any balls near them. The season is coming to an end so prices have dropped. Hope to play couple more times here before i head back north.
For $38 How Can You Lose?
Pace was a bit slow (we teed-off at 2:30 PM on a Thursday), which even led to a brief exchange of unpleasantries when the (apparently frustrated) group behind us tried to cut in front of us on the 17th tee. But the course was in very good condition, and just challenging enough for a bogeyman like myself, but not soul-crushingly difficult. The clubhouse seemed to be vintage 1970s. But at $38 a round, you can understand why they have not updated it. Overall, a good course at a bargain rate.
Enjoyable round.
Nice greens. Course in good shape. Golf Now 'Hot Deal' was well with it.
Good Muni
Conditions are average to above average for a south Florida course. Good pace of play and friendly staff.
Interesting course design
course is not very long...target golf...some great holes designs like the double dog leg par 5.
Good Course
Excellent Municipal Course. Loads of water. Green were a little slow. Very good value. Recommended.
Enjoyable round of golf.
Nice golf experience.Paired up with enjoyable playing partners.course was a challenge
and pace of play was great. Only 3 1/2 hours. Would definitely play again.
Great conditon especially after 3 inches of rain the day before
Played this course on the morning after 3 inches of rain and the course dried very quick and was in great condition. However it was cart path only and the GPS would only say "cart path only" for the entire round. Makes it very hard to play a course for the first time when the how doesn't work and you are hitting some of your shots blind. Never saw a beverage cart or a ranger during a 3 hour and 15 minute round (7:30 am tee time).
The course is quirky, the par 3s are short not challenging.
Busy course
Great course. The pace of play was slow, which is it be expected in Florida during peak season.
Worth playing for sure
We really enjoyed playing the course but very busy so started late. Overall no complaints. Nice course to play and staff are friendly and helpful.
Wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the course. That is our goal! Season does slow things down a bit, but we are glad your experience was "excellent"!

Fun round on a nice course
My wife and I played this course as the first round of our Florida vacation. Being from Michigan our game was a little rusty but by playing the correct tees, we had a very enjoyable round. The course is in great shape, the greens rolled smoothly with an average pace. We loved the course layout and enjoyed the challenge. For high season in south Florida, the course seemed busy but not crowded. Pace of play was good, we never had any holdups and we kept in front of the group behind us. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. We'd definitely recommend the course to anyone looking for a fun round of Florida golf.
Accuracy counts
Not too long but accuracy counts with numerous dog legs
Good Day @ Palm Beach Gardens
The staff at Palm Beach Gardens was very accommodating. Even though our group was late for our tee time they handled it professionally. The course was in fine shape, it was not too difficult and the price was right.
I'd recommend it to folks vacationing in Florida, during the prime season..
Good value course
Greens are firm. Two piece balls will run through most greens. Water is a major factor on the front, less so on the back. Fairways are in excellent shape. Greens are nice but a lot of subtle movement near the hole...makes it tough to one putt outside of eight feet.
Sunday Golf in the Gardens.
When we arrived the starter told us they are running a little behind. After hitting a few range balls they called us to the tee. From that point on the longest we waited was a couple minutes for the group in front of us to move. In my opinion the pace of play was excellent. I did observe palyer assistants in red carts frenquently. I spent (4) years working on different local golf courses working as a Player Assistant and a Starter. Overall it was a wonderful day with nature all around us!!!
Gator watch
It's been a very challenging, yet enjoyable golf course. Well maintained, fun, nice putting, chipping, pitching, and bunker practice, well maintained driving range. What else can you ask for? Oh, forgot the big gators ;)
Enjoyable Florida course
Fairly typical Florida course - sand, water, force carries. The front nine has a lot more water. The back nine has some weak holes and one silly par 5 requiring an iron/hybrid tee shot and two short irons to negotiate the double dogleg. Course was in good shape and the pace of play was quick even though the course was busy. A fun layout.
Thank you for the positive comments about the course. The funds that were invested in the turf and layout in 2014 were well spent! Our apologies for the GPS units as the weather had played a little havoc with them and for the beverage cart. With your quick, early play, our beverage cart did not have a chance to catch you! They begin on the course at 10 AM.
