Fairways are a little rough and the greens had some burnt spots on them

Wide open fairways! Good if you’re having a rough time with your driver. Sole of the bunkers seemed to be low on sand…Not a lot of rain so the fairways are beating up with dead grass. Worst part of the course at this time is the greens. 1 out of 10 I would rate them a strong 3. Not 100% the courses fault, just little to no rain here for awhile. Brand new golf carts, those things ran so smooth and fast! Some of the tee box’s were in rough shape. But for 20$ for 18 I’m not gonna complain. And staff was super friendly! 100% will be back!

I am now fully aware of the term you get what you pay for. This course was absolutely awful. The staff was very nice…the course was not. You can see that is absolutely has potential but needs a lot of work.

Course was in very poor condition, in need of water very badly. No rangers to be found to keep golfers moving.

Pros: Great layout, I really like the holes on the back nine. Staff incredibly friendly, carts in nice condition, practice green is quite nice as well.

Cons: Greens condition are suspect at best, weeds and crab grass make speed of putts and line a game of luck over skill. Fairways need some water, weed killer and fertilizer. No practice area other than hitting into a net ten yards away.

Price is right however and pace of play was great. Wife and I finished in 3.5 hours.

Greens and fairway almost unplayable!

Fairway dry, little grass and rock hard.

Greens full of weeds and many spots have no grass at all.

Parce of play terrible. No Marshall on course. Play front 2 1/2 hours bye skipping the 9 hole. Play back in 1 hour 20 minutes after.

Always loved the layout, greens were fast but patchy. Still in the process of coming back to being a really nice course.

They need rain, but it’s still enjoyable. Those large greens are going to get you. There also need to read.

I have played this course many times and the course play is great. But unfortunately the new owner does not care about golf this is obvious there are weeds in the bunkers. Weeds all over to Greens they are very lumpy. The fairways are basically dirt and weeds at one point I stated I feel like I'm playing on a cow pasture. I sure wish the owner would get serious about the golf aspect of this course because as I stated it is a fun layout. Don't think I'll be going back I've given it a try every 6 months and it seems to be getting worse instead of better.
